Plenty of free parking and well maintained paths although they were very icy when we last visited with clearly no gritting undertaken which caused for some treacherous areas. One of our favourite places to go for a walk, beautiful with of fauna and flora. Been meaning to visit here for ages and finally got there. What a stunning place, lovely pathways through and around the wetlands, nice clean to sit and view the if you want to, great trails to the different areas, definitely heading back there again! Let me share my thoughts on the infrastructure, as it made an incredibly positive impression on me. There are plenty of hides, all clean, with photos and descriptions – you can really see that someone takes good care of everything. The greenery is trimmed here and there to create little 'windows' onto interesting views. The bushes in front of the benches are also cut back/mown. There’s a nice sheltered spot with tables; a large free car park and toilets. Many paid nature reserves could take an example from you. Truly 10/10! Unfortunately, it’s quite far for me, but I’ll definitely be back one day. Ps: I saw a grass snake in the water 🤩 Website change monitoring Monitor any webpage for changes – get instant email alerts when prices drop, new jobs are posted, products come back in stock, or competitors update their sites.
