Visited for my birthday with my wife, had a super experience, went for the menu and it was fantastic. Felt like I got looked after personally but the chiefs choices of course. All the food tasted great, excellent presentation and verified complementary flavours. Would recommend and will be going back as soon as I can. Michelin standard just out side Lahinch and Miltown Malbay. Great service, ambience and food. Love this place. Going to go back in 3 weeks. Such a great find. Honestly one of the best dinners I have had. I got the “seafood surprise” and my husband got the “vegetarian surprise”.. such a fun way to dine. Beer selection was the best AND had whisky cocktails and plenty of wine to choose from. Loved the outside area garden and definitely would go back. It is even a cute wedding venue if you have 50 or so people. Lovely spot. Great friendly service and awesome food. Has crab claw, smoked trout, a white fish resembling Halibut and hummus. Cheese plate is a must!! And the white bean soup. And don’t skip dessert, get it to go. The flourless chocolate cake was divine. The environment is very good. Feel like having lunch home. The waitress is lovely, I mean it, lovely! She explains the menu clearly and she’s patience. Unfortunately we don’t have lunch alcohol habit, otherwise we could have some drinks and try out the different life style. Foods, great. We all have our plate emptied! Recommended. I have been thinking about this restaurant and its amazing Irish brown bread since coming here in 2018 with a tour group. So when my husband and I planned our Ireland trip for this year, I knew we had to go back. Our dinner did not disappoint! Each course was fabulous and delicious - our favorite meal of the whole trip. Love that the chef incorporates seasonal produce from the garden. The sunset view was spectacular as well! (As were the adorable neighbor cows!) The waiter who took our order suggested that we order sides as he said the portions were small, however we didn’t think sides were needed - the five courses felt appropriately sized to us. Service was slow between courses, so just allow time to not be in a rush. This place truly stole my heart! 💕 The service was so warm and friendly. And the food… oh, the food!
