Very nice place for have their play time. I have been to similar place around the but I would highly this place for kids. Enough car park space available in this place. Very and tidy place. Very helpful and can booked for parties too. place. The has loads of fun. There were a few issues to begin with. We couldn’t use jump socks from another company. Only their own jump socks must be used. However, they tried to offer them socks that were far too big because they just could be bother looking for the right size. When I said that it would be a safety hazard then they looks for the right sizes. This did result in us running into 15mins of our booking. My boys had a wonderful at rush. Really enjoyed their 2 hour session around the various activities in the area. It wasn't too busy which was pleasant experience. The cafe is situated in a spot overlooking the arena from the top, so you could keep an eye on the kids, yet away from the noise. Could improve some of the seating area, however didn't really impact my experience. The were extremely friendly and welcoming, especially Iqra, she jells really well with the and adults alike, she is an asset to Rush. Overall, a good experience, so Well done to the Rush Team for offering a fab for my family. Keep it up. Came here with my daughter for a 4 year old birthday party. Met up with the fine and signed in/ got our wrist bands. Then my daughter decided she wanted to change her dress into trousers to make it easier to jump. The toilet floors were sticky from pee/ drink or a whatever it was, so we tried to change her behind the counter and the manager (young girl with light eyes) rudely/ abruptly told us we were allowed to be here and didn't bother making eye contact or direct us where to go, nor listen to the reason why we didn't we getting changed there. Even though there was no money nor any technology, only a counter with seats. I couldn't argue with a kid (who seemed to walk around with a manager complex) when I was with my kids, so hey ho. Not a start. As we walked in you can tell the floor hadn't been moped in a while as it was sticky. The trampolines and such was well organised/ with loads of supervisors in the areas. The drink/ food upstairs was quite expensive and again, not sure what is is about the floors being sticky everywhere but it was the case up there too. Ordered a coffee and the girl asked me twice after I had paid what my coffee was, even though there was only one lady in front of me and no one behind me. Lack of concentration/ professionalism on her part. This was the first we came here for a party, not sure if we'll come again, even though my daughter did enjoy the trampolines and being with her friends. Let's see. Not suitable for toddlers at all. Had to get a refund. Soft play is pitch black with epilepsy inducing flashing lights. The family takeover is useless as there’s 80% grown teens 10% adults. Not safe for under 5s. I left and got a refund because was harassing me and my 2 year old as I tried to keep him safe from the older people. Wouldn’t not recommended. Only one nice member that helped me but didn’t get her name. She was pretty short and light skin and deserves a raise!! The guy who checked us in and was our POC was great. The not so great: 1. The room was filthy - we missed a chunk of the asking 3 people and then waiting for someone to huge chunks of food and dirt off the floor. The first person was the lady from the bar and I said how long would it take as wanted to watch having fun and she said 5-mins but never came back or told anyone. 2. While this was ongoing 3-kids got kicked out the for breaking the safety rules. I found them upset on the way back sat down alone and said to join the as only 10-mins left and they said they had to watch a safety video again. No one had any intention of coming until I found someone and the who kicked them out didn’t apologise when I asked if next they could mention to one of the 3-adults who were next to them rather than removing them unsupervised and not telling anyone. Pretty filthy. As a father of girls I always have to take the girls into the boys bathroom which tends to be a bit dirty. But this was worse than a pub bathroom after a Saturday night. Tables and floors also needed a with lots of sticky left over residue from days before as we arrived right as they opened. The is incredible though and when it comes to these types of places usually you encounter teens who hate their job but everyone was so lovely and treated my inquisitive girls so well. Were there as part of a party. The intro was a little messy - when being greeted we should’ve been asked there and then to complete the waiver so we weren’t messing about with it later which ate into the session. Then 10 mins before the end of the session, two of us were told to change our toddlers socks (from Jump In - so trampoline safe) to their own. Obviously cue meltdowns - it was so unnecessary. No obvious H&S reasoning or explanation. Moved to the room and whilst the ambience was fun to walk into, the practicality of a black lit room with 4 years olds was just not considered. Then the table half collapsed as the supporting arm was missing and were just dumbfounded. The facilities were great, lots to do but some of the things weren’t working or weren’t accessible. Some things need replacing to bring it back up to standard. offering seemed good - the overall had a fun time! Had my daughters 4th birthday here and booked the Toddler Jump & Play package. It was so worth the money! The were amazing and had everything in hand so I didn't have to worry about a thing. Everyone who attended had a and my daughter can't stop talking about it. Thank you again to the for a day 🙏 Highly recommend! Quick and easy booking. On arrival we was told about the Easter hunt and the was eager to take part. The loved all the activities from the trampolines to the dodgeball and football area. There is a wide variety for the to do whilst adults can sit on benches or the cafe above. All the members that was working this evening was all so lovely and professional and very welcoming. Would highly and will be returning more often. Thank you for making our visit 🙂 Does the job, have fun and enjoyed it. are not able to run across the trampoline s for safety reasons. It's hard to monitor that as there are so many kids. What happens is the monitors tell one or 2 to not do that and I had a person approach me to say can you please tell your not to run otherwise a warning. But there was 10+ running around behind. You shouldn't have one rule for some and not for others. And they will not allow other trampoline facility socks. You have to use theirs which is an additional cost. We had a at Rush celebrating our son party. Many thanks to Hashim raja for being such a lovely Paty host. Totally it! There was a female member of who looked really unhappy to be at Work . She was very rude to us and not pleasant to be around at all very blunt and a horrible employee, not an asset to your company at all. The trampoline was quite good, but the soft play was absolutely disgusting. There was rubbish everywhere. All over the place within the soft play. You could tell it hadn’t been Cleaned in ages probably weeks. It was just filthy. There was nobody available to serve drinks when we tried to get some refreshments which was disappointing. The toilets were absolutely disgusting Complete filth, despite having a sign up, saying that they them and check them every 30 minutes. I wouldn’t visit again, Horrible place. My son went there with a few friends for his birthday and they had a time. The are very down to earth and personally I love the cafe as I can watch them while just chilling out. I also found the place very and tidy and the took pride in it. I would highly x place for a rainy day with a toddler. It is nice that there are reserved times for toddler trampolining and the softplay is lots of fun. The music and lighting might be a bit much for sensitive with a tendency to get overstimulated. It was an outstanding experience! I can't express enough gratitude to the staff—they were exceptionally polite, professional, efficient, and helpful. They went above and beyond to resolve all the issues with booking my son's birthday quickly and with such a friendly approach. I strongly Rush UK High Wycombe as the ultimate destination for quality with friends and family. Absolutely deserving of the highest rating! It was fun and it all looked very and tidy. Another visit to Rush, location with easy parking, nice cafe viewing if you have older and don’t need to be right on hand. variety of options and way to burn some energy. The was highly positive, and my child thoroughly enjoyed it. I highly this venue to all parents for a fun and memorable experience. It's an excellent opportunity for quality family time. Our first booking the toddler takeover which included an hour in the soft play section. It is such good value for money and there is plenty to do. The are so lovely - we will definitely be coming back! Fabulous morning at Rush High Wycombe. are helpful and the place is very and well maintained. My boy had a time. We all had an enjoyable time. The where focused, enthusiastic, and very quick to help with anything. The food was also very nice. It arrived quickly and hot.Thank you for a wonderful time. Absolutely great! had an amazing and got to go on all the equipment (60 min) despite it being half-term. were lovely and very helpful and the pizza afterwards was hot fresh and delicious! Had service from 2 members of madihah & zoya. They were exceptionally polite, professional, efficient and very helpful... they took good care of us especially having an austic child with me, can be very challenging but with the girls I didn't feel no stress in fact had a bouncing around, my loved it very much will definitely come again...xxx Website change monitoring Monitor any webpage for changes – get instant email alerts when prices drop, new jobs are posted, products come back in stock, or competitors update their sites.
