The range of dresses, colour, styles is simply outstanding. The showroom is fabulous large open space to view the spectacular dresses. Staff are top class, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, no task is too much for them an eagerness to assist yet providing you with top quality allowing you space in an unhurried environment to choose that dress! This place is an absolute gem ❤️. Such a wide range of gorgeous with very kind staff. They are also very reasonable on giving discounts if a has been on the rack for a long and showing signs of wear after many try-ons. Would recommend!! The in Obsessions show were fantastic. I was amazed at selections of available . And the friendly atmosphere in the shop. I don't like shopping and felt a bit nervous before we arrived but this was a magical trip and we were made feel so comfortable . No awarkdness, just a friendly welcome and from all staff . The owner was hands on with the other ladies and we met people from as far as cork shopping for gowns . The colour choices are stunning . Every shape ,size and skin tone catered for, it was a lovley shop. My daughter left with two . Which are stunning . Thank you for making us feel so welcome and such a special afternoon .And the chat was great . 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 👗 I have bought 3 dresses(2x ty ball and 1 confirmation dress) from Leanne and her team since January for my daughters . From fittings to collections the were they made the whole so easy and even when we had a sizing issue last minute the went above and beyond to sort another for my daughters confirmation. I could not them enough !!! Fantastic service. The couldn't have been more helpful to my daughter who is very self conscious. The made her feel and we left with the most beautiful dress. The selection of they have is the best I have seen and the showroom room is gorgeous. Thanks for all your help we will definitely be back Was absolutely delighted to be able to return here to get my second daughter’s dress. The show room is fantastic with a massive selection of dresses. It is a lovely relaxed atmosphere with excellent advice given and great care taken too. Ordered dress,was told it would arrive within 2 weeks,4 weeks later I was still emailing,calling,.messaging etc. no replies,no dress! eventually lied and said had been posted to me a week earlier,when I hadn’t even paid the balance,gave me a false tracking number.It was getting really close to the so I Ordered a nicer from Oh hello clothing and it was delivered within 24hours and got my deposit back from Obsession,I do NOT Fabulous selection of with really helpful and friendly staff The team here are lovely and a delight to deal with couldn’t them enough Leanne and Jodie were so helpful absolutely lovely and were so accomodating! Thank you so much! took 3 months to get in after we were told itd take 6( giving for potential delays) which happens but we got zero updates till i called the second/ third time. In the end they had sold my exact in another colour to a girl in my class after saying they cant do that . there were lovely but was just not it Couldn't of been happier with our in Obsession from the minute we walked in the door the were so welcoming and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them only problem is there is so many gorgeous it was hard to just pick one. Great store with attentive staff. Wide range of at a reasonable price.
