Do not use these charlatans I ordered and paid in May for a delivery in August. They then informed me of a short delay, which turned out to be October and now are pushing that back to November 20th. The winter has already begun and they obviously have no intention to fulfil any obligations that they have made. We are regular customers. This year is the 6th one...even though our child is big now, we are still keeping our family tradition. This year was the best...Will definitely keep coming back in appreciation to all that hard work staff is putting on constantly from the floor staff at the main entrance, to restaurant staff, coffe shop staff, the elf's and Santa... to everyone, hat's off and well done!!! Ps...the free ticket for chocolate not great! Shocking company & customer service. I ordered a tv unit at the end of August. Delivery due date came and went I kept contacting them company for at least a new delivery date! It took ages to get a response then I would get the same copy and pasted response every time that it takes 22 days to get into the country plus a week for delivery! It is now over 50 days!!!!!!! And when I ask where it is I get the same 22 days response! Absolutely dreadful! Don’t go near this company! They don’t have the stock in ireland and have no idea what customer service is! I still have no clue if I’m getting why I’ve paid for or how long it’s gona taken. stay away from this company. An absolutely disgraceful company and dreadful customer service. Ordered a pallet of wood two months ago and it still haven't received it. They advised they don't have it in stock even though I paid upfront and I was told it was in stock on the day of the order. Asked for refund and was advised that the person I was on the phone to could not deal with it and she would get someone to call me back. Still awaiting my call and order. I am still getting daily emails advising all the great offers they have for stock that they do not have. DO NOT ORDER FROM THOSE COMPANY To say I am tempted to drive down And not leave till I get my refund. Ordered wood in September for delivery on the 3rd of October. I only checked and then was told end of October then middle of November to then who knows. Requested a refund now nearly 4 weeks and still same answers we will get on yo accounts. It’s now in the hands of my bank. YOU ARE A DISGRACE OF A COMKMAY. We did the Easter train here, lashing rain and it was still a wonderful experience. The show was brilliant, although my 11 month old didn’t enjoy it(not surprising), it was great for my 4 year old. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful, everyone’s smiling away. The little fun-fair is great entertainment for the little kids. Wellies are a good idea if it’s raining. Great fun. Restaurant is delicious as well. Shocking!! Train ride and deer was nice but Santa was terrible, our family photo was us taking off our coats, so rushed. Elf gave me back my phone locked so I didn't see the picture until we had left. Santa doesn't give the gift either that is given at a hut along with 20 other families. Not worth the money or drive. I think these places forget how hard we work for these kinds of days out.
