Wow, this was really expensive for what is essentially a small playground. While the was friendly and the atmosphere was nice, the price just didn’t match the experience. ✅ What was good: ✔ Friendly staff: Everyone was helpful and welcoming. ✔ Nice atmosphere: The place was and well-maintained. ❌ What could be better: ✖ Way too expensive: The price was far too high for what is basically a small playground. ✖ Not enough value for money: There wasn’t enough to do to justify the high cost. Okay for a short visit, but definitely not worth the price. Our 2 year old granddaughter loves it the big blue wavy slide is her favorites along with the little cars . Best for birthday parties for primary school Really fantastic asset to Kilkenny. Every time I come here, they are cleaning and are so friendly. It's so so and well kept. Also my little boy loves it. It's huge and so much room for the kids. The coffee and food is lovely too which is a nice bonus. Very nice place, enjoyed it. One misunderstanding with that could have been avoided and loses 1 star from my personal experience but honestly it wouldn't stop me from recommending this stop for parents. Good place ,good staff, will be going again I took my children and their friends here yesterday Saturday April 13th for my little boy and they had a great time. I would rate it the best indoor play area I have been to alongside Turrow in Co. Galway. We stayed longer than the two hours and despite a slight wrap on the knuckles the lady on the counter was really decent about it hence the review. The only reason it's not 5 stars were the toilets and changing room were dirty and in need of attention. Just had my child's party there children had a great time have been a few times for just play also only negative I have on the day of the party some of the children's food was taking without even asked if they were finished.. the place is always very Children loved it Excellent place. Extremely friendly staff. They understood my needs about my ASD kid, very clean, secure, nice food. Highly recommended. This was my first time at The PlayStation and I was very impressed. From the play area to the food served it ticks all the boxes for a family Sunday. The owners have trained the well and is mint clean. Parking was fine too, no issue. Lovely play area for kids. My son really loves it,especially the ball pit. We will definitely go back when we get a chance, as we are not local, but willing to travel.
