The cafeteria on the top floor is filled with nice people and good food options. Deceptive brilliant golf course and a fair challenge. It has everything, lovely clubhouse/restaurant & staff. Its a hidden gem, the course is laid out very well and uses its natural surrounding to give you some WAOH moments. A great day out starting with an a mid morning breakfast, racing and a few drinks and a meal after. Never seen so many underage people getting served alcohol it was shocking .Not one barperson asked for identity Not one Stewart to be found the only garda we seen was 2 on the way out. The guys doing the carpark were mazing and couldn't do enough for a disabled person with us. There was 32 of us visiting that day and we wont be back Very casual and relaxed.Best atmosphere when a National Hunt card is being run Staff were brilliant. Girl on tonight was brilliant And food was fantastic. Highly recommended. Great place. Had a fantastic day at Gowran Park.
