At least 20 minutes waiting to be checked in - no one at the desk. Im not sure it would have been appreciated if I had arrived late for my test, but I was checked in after my test time. Quick and easy , great set of lads Staff are excellent. Nobody likes attending the NCT but this was relaxed and comfortable, the atmosphere means other drivers are chatty and friendly. Very fast and easy to organise Super rapide ! Went in at 10pm and they took my car straight away the process was about 20/30 minutes. The staff is so lovely Great service. Stick to appointments! The quality of service is absolutely outstanding - especially if you compare it with the Waterford centre. The lady in Kilkenny VRT office - Amanda is very friendly, very helpful and professional in her role there. Patiently explains step by step what to do to have your vehicle registered in IE. Highly recommend. You better stay away from the lady in Waterford VRT centre. She will definitely highlight all your mistakes. She is also nasty and very moody while doing what she is supposed to do there. Good Long wait, but staff were fine but a bit picky, had to go back for retest due to blown bulb, but my fault. Good I have always on all occasions found the staff very nice and pleasant to deal with here. They are under pressure as so busy but my car was in and out within half hour. The longest part was recheck as big queue but overall good experience. Thank you The guys were great today. My car was through the NCT and I was on my way within 45 minutes!
