Sadly....this place is not a place to take kids. Very big area, lots to do for kids, from tiny to almost teens - missing the ball pool though, which vanished after Covid. I always get a bit worried re fire safety as you'd have no chance getting out of the climbing frame fast, if you need to.. with smaller you'll have to go in, as you can't see them whilst sitting down in the cafe part. They blame contamination risk in another review pointing this out. This is nonsense - areas everywhere today still have ball pits without issue. Otherwise the itself is good. The main issue is that they allow the place to become overcrowded. There are often too many in there at once. Not only can the noise be intolerable but there is just not enough room to move around safely with of all sizes sprinting everywhere, especially for a younger child. I have also occasionally seen older allowed to rough in the baby area, risking injury to the toddlers and babies it's supposedly there for. If they won't limit numbers then a little soundproofing would go along way. There's no reason to exacerbate the noise problem by having plain, echoey concrete walls on all sides. Unfortunately they now have a monopoly since Kelliher's took over the in the town centre, so don't expect them to be motivated to improve anytime soon. Had my sons birthday today here, all the are so kind and so helpful ☺️ they made my son so happy, they didn't rush us it was a day ,we had a lovely evening he received a card from playdium which I thought it was so kind of them he was delighted so thank you playdium for making a birthday special. Really high standard and the were really friendly and welcoming. The set up was great. Ours are 5 and 3 and both had a time! DO NOT GO THERE They burnt my in the toaster and the cake was too cakey my are now black and I want a refund. They said come back soon but I don’t think I will. I have to say we have been to many centers in Ireland and this had to be by far the cleanest of them all. I don't have much expectations when it comes to centers but this place is really high standard. Very friendly and plenty of them. Place spotless with plenty to do for all ages. If I could give it 10 stars I would absolutely the best soft I have been at with my kids.. was there today for the first time and most certainly won't be our last my loved it there owner and so kind and polite the centre is absolutely spotless I will be travelling back here true out the summer on day trips absolutely fantastic place. Really disappointing..went to bring my 3 year old and was told it was full. The member of was so rude, completely looking through me and my very upset little girl. An onlooker mentioned they had 6 cancel on their child’s party that was on at the time and was shocked with reaction.
