We were on a long bus tour around Ireland some time ago and the tour bus stopped here for a quick lunch and A beer. The staff were all so nice and the place is full of Irish charm. Very nice. A pit stop for most travelers on the Ring of Kerry. They boast some of the first Irish coffees, have a gift shop for typical souvenirs and food for the eating. There is also a historic village setting where you can learn about Irish persons of hundres of years ago. If driving on your own, you might want to skip it unless you are after these experiences. This was a quick stop while visiting the Ring of Kerry. Nice place. Had a coffee here and it was good. Staff was really lovely. There's a museum next to it but didn't have time to visit. There was a small reproduction village you could purchase tickets to get a feel for classic Irish country life. Lovely inn. We stopped here with our tour group for a little break. The souvenir shop is nice, the toilets were clean enough, the service is quick and the hot chocolate was delicious.
