We took the bycicles and no one told us about return policies. Then the owner charged us additionally for “cleaning the bycicles”. Then he told us that we can’t go through sand and water 😆😆😆 we rented mountain by the way. So probably we couldn’t go through mountains as well 😆 The owner is rude and inconsiderate and doesn’t pay taxes as well. Go rent a bycicle somewhere else. Enquired whether I could hire a MTB at circa 2.30pm and deliver it by closing time the next day at 6pm - I was requested to pay a full 2 days hire which I found completely unreasonable. I offered to pay an enhancement on 24 hours hire but this was steadfastly refused.The office workshop was filled with scores of unused MTB bicycles and I made my enquiry after several days of thunderstorms - anyone would think they didn't want the business. Inflexible and I walked away on principle and borrowed my friend's MTB free of charge.... We rented some nice here, and enjoyed cycling around the town. The were tandem and they worked very well. The service was great. Due to a change in my travel plans, I ended up not using Du Ratai, but I still want to leave a great review for the smooth communication I had with their team. Pats geriausias servisas, puikus personalas TERRIBLE experience. in a group of 6 bicycles they asked for 200 euros per bicycle as a deposit (1,200 euros!!). no rental asks for a deposit, but in this case it was used to make us pay, as blackmail, for non-existent damages. when they gave us the they didn't check in front of us for any pre-existing damage. I checked and took videos of the condition of the bicycle but the damage they found was impossible to see. a wheel misalignment of 1 millimeter. they said because we went on the dirt road and it was because of us. which is not true. they then made us pay for non-existent damage. a great way to take advantage of tourists. how to ruin a wonderful day, 1 star is too many.
