Также неплохо заехать и в прохладную погоду, с той же программой. Но вот в хорошую,- слишком людно, ведь на пляж просто добраться и он очень маленький для того, чтобы вместить всех желающих. На пляже довольно людно даже и в эти далеко не самые пиковые часы- люди любят здесь гулять. Пляж открытый, гуляют люди и по берегу и по дюнам, так что неизбежно оказывался на виду. Не так уж и это и страшно, поскольку почти всем нравилась моя зарядка, а некоторые даже снимали ее на камеру. Ну-да, упражнения неплохо смотрятся, но прежде всего они просто очень полезны.
