Beautiful Drop Zone, very nice staff, lovely place. This was an absolute disgrace of an organization! We booked a skydiving WELL in advance and drove FOUR HOURS from Latvia to Lithuania. They promised to contact us a day before if anything changed — nobody even bothered to call. On the day of the jump, the manager messaged us saying everything was still on. We arrived — and that’s when the chaos began. There was zero organization. No one greeted us, no one explained anything. Instead, a bunch of guys were just standing around grilling meat, completely indifferent. Eventually, we were told that ALL JUMPS HAD BEEN CANCELED. And no one thought it was necessary to inform us. We wasted an entire day, fuel, energy — all for nothing, just to watch some random people barbecue while pretending we didn’t exist. Total mess, zero responsibility, and absolutely no respect for customers. Stay far away from this place — it’s a guaranteed waste of time, money, and patience.
