In November 2024, I took a trip from Berlin to this bus station and I left my brand-new MacBook Pro in the bus and just noticed after I was at my destination. Flixbus (the company) was useless with their "Lost and found" service; however, the bus driver and the people working at this bus stop were really kind to find it and give it back to me. Besides this awesome gesture, I took 3 trips from this station and everything went fine; the bathrooms were working and the seats were comfortable for the price. 5 stars to the Flixbus workers from this station. I see lots of 1 star reviews and think people don’t understand budget buses. It’s pretty simple, the app has always worked for me, sometimes I have found it hard to know where the pickup is exactly (Porto, Portugal) for example but in Nuremberg it’s easy to find and a short walk away from the train station. I’ve been using flux bus for years and I’m a big fan. Track the bus with their tracker if you aren’t sure where it is. Highly recommend FlixBus. Haha shittiest stuff ever, I came to buy ticket at last minute because of the other transportation in Germany it’s late as everyone knows, I said I need a tickets she is complaining why didn’t you come earlier know I need to throw my cigarettes 😅 I said why do you complain it’s your job, you need to do it. The luggage was STOLEN and there is no procedure of that, driver says it is not there and that's it. Unbeliavable, on the website you can report forgotten thing or broken thing (at least you have pictures), but in case something was stolen there is no help... simply nothing. there should be a better control who is getting which luggage since it was most probably just taken by someone else. I put the review here since it was a bus from Nürnberg. Great service overall. Power and USB outlets - 5V and 220V Despite my initial worries about some of the negative reviews, my FlixBus trip to Paris went smoothly. The bus departed and arrived on time, and the journey was comfortable throughout. I'm happy with my positive experience and would definitely consider FlixBus for future travels. Excellent service. There was an issue with the bus departure, the very rude and arrogant employee shrieked that the bus departed as scheduled but multiple passengers were left stranded. Instead of helping she tutted and then became more unhinged yelling at all the stranded passengers like we were all incompetent. Instead of helping resolve the issue, she was looking for an argument and told me to “leave the office.” Do not use this stop as the employees are more interested in antagonizing passengers than helping navigate issues. Do NOT recommend. PS. I received a full refund from the customer support line. So clearly there was an issue. I was very pleased that he arrived and left on time, and the staff was very helpful. We have received incredible treatment, they have helped us with all our doubts.
