Kristall Palm Beach
Nuremberg, Germany Water park
One of the Most Revieweds in Stein Kristall Palm Beach is a fun water park with something for everyone, from thrilling slides to relaxing thermal pools. Be prepared for crowds, especially during holidays and weekends. Despite some maintenance and organizational issues, it's a worthwhile destination for a day of fun and relaxation. Consider visiting during off-peak times to avoid large crowds. Be prepared for potential conflicts regarding sunbed reservations. Purchase options include buying food and drinks with bracelets and settle payment upon departure. The water park is quite large, so you will enjoy spending time here The slides are also very, very cool! The yellow one is scary, but not as much as you think Best sauna experience in Bavaria! Loved the pool bar this visit. Great cocktail list 👌 needs to be manned better. A place to spend the day with friends or family. We enjoyed the and pools, as well as the outdoor spaces to relax. The with the swim up bar was fun for hanging out . We also liked the small cafe in the main that had a fairly menu and decent prices. They have plenty of free parking, and free lockers and changing rooms. I was also happy that we didn’t need any cash for buying drinks or food. Your electronic bracelet that they give you on arrival is all you need for purchases. When you leave, you just put your bracelet on a reader, then pay your “extras” with your credit card. Everything was okay, the wellness itself wasn't that large, it barely had 2-3 pools with around 34-36 degrees max. The rest of the was quite crowded with children playing and splashing everywhere. The food was pretty decent with many nice options. It's difficult to the car here, we had to in an empty near the place because the parking was full. Immer Reise wert. Gern wieder Came to Nuremburg from LA to visit my cousin.Thought this place was awesome.I was there onon a Saturday the day Germany played Ghana in the world cup so it wasn't very busy. Don't know if that's a or bad thing but i had a time. The baths and the saunas are beautiful. The was small but very exciting. So clean All the rides are really beautiful, with different levels staring from slow till the fastest level The is really amazing Outdoor with bar and music full of vibes This place is so cool! I really recommend everyone to get a ticket for at least two hours to see the and the slides! Having the outside in the winter is a blessing. You are lying in warm while it is freezing outside. The are also very, very cool! The yellow one is scary, but not as much as you think. Also, the guys who work there will calm you down and get you ready for the ride. A few things to keep in mind, no one checks to see if the kids are mature enough to go on some of the slides. So it is really disappointing that you have to wait x2 in line for this. And the fact that there are no proper signs about where to go and where things are makes it difficult for people to navigate. Otherwise, clean and tidy and a place to have a break! Kristall Palm Beach in Stein, Germany, is an exceptional that offers a perfect blend of thrilling adventures and relaxing wellness experiences. The features an impressive variety of 15 slides, including the famous Pegasus II double-looping slide, the first of its kind in Germany. The wave pool, which activates twice an hour, adds extra excitement, and there's a dedicated for younger children, making it a destination for all ages. Beyond the slides, the thermal spa with indoor and outdoor pools kept at a soothing 33–36°C provides a relaxing break. The village is a standout, with themed saunas like the Gondel sauna, which rises 12 meters during sessions, and the unique Helikoptersauna inside an actual rescue helicopter. The is clean, well-maintained, and offers food options. While English signage is limited, and weekends can get very busy, the overall is absolutely worth it. A must-visit if you are near Nuremberg or in Bavaria! This place felt like a home away from home! Beach feeling in the middle of the city! Children and family friendly! Everything you need for wellness and entertainment 🫶🏻 Loved it, had a rejuvenating day. The saunas were amazing. Booked for a massage which was as well. But there was a lot of crowd even on a winter day. Best in Bavaria! The facilities are top-notch, with an incredible that’s both relaxing and beautifully designed. They also offer mineral pools that are perfect for unwinding, and the laser shows are a unique touch that adds an extra layer of excitement to the visit. Highly recommend for anyone looking to recharge and enjoy a luxurious wellness day! a for thrills and relaxing; unfortunately when i left they closed half of the half way through the day but still got to enjoy most of them. Lovely place, lots of things to do. The thermal pools section were amazing. However, the restaurant at the section looked dirty, rundown and terrible. The walls were covered with suspicious brown stains. The coffee machine was covered with old milk and grime. The cups were dirty, I saw another customer return their drink cause the cup was stained. Seeing how nasty it was made me not want to eat there, I felt nauseous. The restaurant at the was clean and nice. I do not know why the restaurant is so nasty. It’s a place to spend the day with plenty of sports to try out. The thermal is really nice, and they have for all levels, from mild t.o more adventurous. Safety is well taken care of, and there’s also a pretty outdoor pool. There’s usually a line at the entrance, but it’s definitely worth the visit Been coming to this place for over 20 years.. it just keeps getting better. Its to see a business reinvesting in itself. Wether it's the or the area's. Loved the bar this visit. cocktail list 👌 needs to be manned better. There were times (twice) that we wanted drinks but left without being served. We also witnessed groups of people not getting served, due to no one on the bar. Lost revenue going on here. Won't stop us from going back though. Loved it. I spent all the morning trying to understand how to buy online tickets, but although some information may look like it is possible, at the end I could not find a way. I will have to drive 200km with 2 kids and a newborn to get there and I don’t want to discover at the place that maybe no more tickets are available. In 2025 not having the possibility to buy tickets online for a specific date it’s primitive and a shame. Additional issues: 1. Error when registering an account on the website (see picture 1) 2. Error when reserving a bed (see picture 2 and 3) [please explain me the meaning of reserving a bed when not possible to reserve the entrance???] Happy to be wrong and change the review if you tell me how to reserve tickets and bad for me and my family on a specific date. My family and I had an incredibly uncomfortable and disturbing at this pool. We were shocked to see a fully naked adult man in an where children were present. This is not only a breach of the pool's rules but also created a deeply unsafe and inappropriate environment for my child. The lack of action from the staff was deeply concerning. I strongly advise against visiting this pool, especially if you have children." ************ I am replying to your message because you have switched off the reply function. Which is very concerning, that you are not taking this seriously. We are talking about underage children. I was not in the on the day of the incident. There was absolutely no reason why a grown male be naked in front of my 6 years old daughter. I called the police at 22:02 on 19.08.2025 to report it. The Bademeister did not record our complaint, even though we specifically asked him to. I am very concerned that this lack of official record-keeping could be an issue. Could you please follow up with the Bademeister on duty at that time and provide me with an update? Mit freundlichen Grüßen Hüseyin Kayhan Acetler This is a for all the people living near Nürnberg. The are quite good pegasus 2 is the fastest one and not for people who are light at heart Play for children has been developed so well. The wave beach is awesome to chill out. Food shops and ice cream shops are available to have a quick bite. There are even beds alotted for the whole day for resting. Children is also available with small slides So many areas are there for different type of people, sauna, luxury slides, thermal spa, baby playground, beach wave area, expeert swimmers pool, baby etc. We love spending time here. Rathar buy a full day ticket than some hours ticket because the price difference is not much and if you just take ticket for some hours and not manage to come out exactly after those alloted hours then you must pay extra I guess around 1.50 euro for extra 30 mins and then the price increases after that 30 mins. I have been a loyal guest of The Palms for many years, but my most recent was deeply upsetting and unacceptable. During my visit, I began feeling lightheaded and dehydrated. I politely asked for water, stating clearly that I was willing to pay for it. Instead of receiving assistance, I was treated rudely by the staff—despite being a paying customer. What made this even more painful was witnessing white German patrons being treated with courtesy and prompt service, while I was ignored and dismissed. I felt discriminated against, not only through the lack of basic hospitality, but also through derogatory language spoken in German—language I understood, although it may not have been assumed I did. When I raised my concerns with the manager, they simply spoke to the staff member in question, who of course denied any wrongdoing. Without security footage or audio recordings, it becomes my word against theirs—but that does not mean my should be invalidated. I hope The Palms takes incidents like this seriously. No guest should feel humiliated or discriminated against, especially when asking for something as basic as while visibly unwell. I would appreciate a formal response and to know what steps, if any, are being taken to address the issue and ensure this kind of behavior is not repeated. The is quite large, so you will enjoy spending time here Das Palm Beach ist definitiv ein schönes Erlebnisbad – vor allem für alle, die Rutschen lieben.
