I mean, in order to use the intimate bathroom, they require you to buy them the overhead shower... to get rid of it at all costs. Well... either you wash yourself well in the hotel or you dirty the whole place. One star. Last Saturday I was there after 7 years. Excatly as I remembered, such an empty, small and boring gay ever existed. And cost 27,50€ way too expensive compared with Deutsche Eiche which is priced 27€. Not recommended. Second star only for cleaning but doesn't suppose to be hard to keep bc no customers at all 😄 We went today September 30 2018. It's a small place. Counter personnel was but customers extremely unfriendly and one of the told me schinehound American go home. Had no fun at this facility at all. I was totally ignored. I cleaned up with a friend and when I told the counter personnel my experience he acted shocked. I won't be back and will tell my American gay friends not to come here . The stuff....if I was designing a then I think it'd be just like this. and also a crowd of customers. The bad stuff....the manager, David, a man so lacking in interpersonal skills it made me want to cry. Why people who have zero aptitude for hospitality continue to work in the industry is beyond me. I went to the on Friday and Saturday evening, and both times I had a fantastic experience. The place is very and high-quality, the locals were very kind, and the clientele is quite diverse. I also met three really cool guys, and overall I had a great time. Thanks to the team for keeping the place so well maintained. The bearded, curly-haired guy at the counter is really cute 😋 I was a bit shy because of him. Warm hugs from Budapest 😘 Poor Sauna! The Receptinist (old bald guy) is not friendly. Very small and boring. PLEASE DON’T COME. This is a really and I hope to return soon. Sure, it’s not as big as saunas in Berlin or London, but it’s better in some ways because you get a sense of who is there and don’t endlessly wait for the perfect meeting. The facilities are spotlessly and the checked everything regularly. There were a number of guys of all kinds there even on a Sunday afternoon and no judgment at all. If you’re looking for your first experience, this is a place to come, whoever you are. There’s plenty of space to relax, the whirlpool is small but good, and the itself is nice. The lower level has many cabins and some other fun/exhibition spaces; it’s a shame that there is only one route around the rooms. The steam room is where much of the hotter action seems to start. The were polite and and the prices are fair, including entry and drinks. As usual, there are one or two difficult guests—an older man who was rude to non-Germans and a pair of guys acting like they owned the place and the people—but everyone basically ignored them and had fun anyway. The is also close to the central train station. Highly recommended. I’ll be back! Nice place. For somebody who lives outside of Germany it is welcoming to travelers. I will go again. It's a mix crowd. Someone used our locker number to order drinks, but the was kind enough to see through it and not charge us. I would say they are pretty honest but check your bill when you leave.
