They give a little instruction course at the beginning and are helpful if you get stuck. It seems an employee was with the groups that had mostly children. Great experience and fun! However, it feels a bit unsafe for me regarding the safety. No staff or camera at each shooting zone, only in the beginning we were introduced about the rules. During the whole time, we were hoping that everyone there followed the rules and were careful enough, and there were no crazy/ psyco behavior. We were not shot by accident (nor did the visitors of Kletterwald nearby) and things went smooth, but if anyone was shot, it could be hard to tell whom did it and find help in time. A very nice location ,good service and very friendly staff team. Super fun with the family or work, we've been coming back here for years and it's always exciting. Top Enver did a very good job!
