A theme park, with a fantastic outdoor waterpark. A good variety of for all was a little busy, but it was a weekend in the summer. Huge free carpark. Visited on Christmas Eve, and had an amazing day. We loved that so many were open - the buffalo rollercoaster was the highlight! My enjoyed the soft and drop slides too. We were pleasantly surprised how quiet it was, and we barely had to queue. The Christmas lights looked lovely at dusk, and we loved waving Santa off with his firework finale. Thank you for the candy cane too Mrs Claus 🤶 There were firepits to toast marshmallows, and the snowman trail was fun too. Every member of staff were a delight (apart from the woman in the paying booth.... They were kind and considerate and very child friendly! The were as our two are ten and haven't really been on anything like that much. Excitement overload. The indoor slides and lazy river were a godsend as it was bitterly cold. There were some animals in the barn, and we enjoyed feeding them (50p for feed from a self-issue machine). Especially as the llama and goat were trying to eat the feed out of the machine! And the Shetland pony kicking the door to get more food. There were rabbits and meerkats too. The enjoyed picking a pumpkin too which was free with the ticket. Who knew choosing a pumpkin would bring so much delight. Thanks Twinlakes it was a blast! It was such a fantastic pleasant place to take the children. The small barn has had new improvements, so you now have 3x more slides and the tree top sky walkways. Reasonable prices, never any big queues and staff are friendly The new bypass road will be completed soon, so it will be even easier to get to. Free parking with car staff. It is one of the best amusements in the UK I have ever been to. attractions such as water parks, which are available in the summer, animal farm with a variety of different animals, birds of prey, variety of rides, and many more. Highly recommended for people in any age! We went on 23rd December for there winter themed day, we had a time absolutely loved it. Food and drink all very reasonable prices to. Will 100% try it out in the summer. Went on a Sunday for pre-birthday fun with our daughter, well laid out with plenty of things to do, small wait for some but nothing extreme. Longest wait for for the food as one poor guy was manning the BBQ shack by himself during the lunch rush, He did an amazing job tho! I saw at least 2 people litter picking, surly one would have been better supporting the cooking? Brilliant day out, something for everyone here. Enough to suit all and queues were fairly short. Indoor are with plenty to keep entertained, perhaps aimed at more younger but the dark themed slides and area is for all along with the rapids ride. Classics like the pirate ship and log flume for all the to enjoy. Easy to navigate around the park. Free parking available and gift shop at the end. Purchased a photo which can be taken upon entrance. Highly recommend for families. value with pass which we purchased via offer code at half price. Bargain! 🌟 Twinlakes is one of the best amusement parks in the UK that I’ve ever visited. It offers a fantastic range of attractions suitable for all ages. Highlights include a water available during the months, a well-maintained animal farm with a variety of animals, an impressive birds of prey section, and a wide selection of and activities. The is clean, well-organized, and provides plenty of entertainment for families, children, and adults alike. There are numerous picnic throughout the park, making it easy to relax and enjoy a meal outdoors. The staff are also exceptionally friendly and helpful, contributing to an overall positive and welcoming atmosphere. There are also two large indoor and several soft zones, making it a destination even in wet weather. Lot of other activities also... Highly recommended for visitors of all ages! We are theme connoisseurs and this definitely is one of our top five parks in the uk. As we have under ten, this has things to cater perfectly to them. It's a perfect size to be able to cram every ride in. The queues are small and the atmosphere is very nice. There's a large, soft and separate aerial ropes. And drop slides. There's a farm on top to. visiting during halloween, as there is a pick your own. Amazing for most ,take your own pack lunch or will pay more , was a nice setting they should have a sen que other than that amazing venue. Nice gift shop nice coach trip but can be driven too . It's pretty good. I went in 2021 and it wasn't too busy. It was a very hot day, so you should be dressed for the occasion. If you want to go here, tickets will cost around £100 depending on the amount of people. but definitely more suitable for small children. Our 9 year old wasn’t as enthused and entertained as our 6 year old. Quite a long queue for some of the which meant the were getting fizzy. Water wasn’t working either whilst we were there so had to use hand gel - provided by the - this wasn’t the parks fault though. Good choice of food at decent prices and the place itself was kept nice and clean. A theme when you have that are a little too young for big rides. Even at peak times the queues are never very big (except log flume) and there are plenty of decent to keep everyone entertained- even the grown ups. Indoor with soft plays give a little shelter from any rain or if you just want a sit down for a bit. The highlight is the water if you go at the right time of year. It’s newish and shows they’re investing in the park. The would probably be happy spending most of the day just in there. Expect theme food prices but just take your own if that bothers you. Everyone had a day and the variety of means you never get bored or run out things to do. Well worth a day trip, it’s clean, well maintained and has for all ages. First time visitor with 2 adults and 1 10 year old. Being keen to finish on a positive, I'll start with the for improvement with the park. In one of the (really good) indoor areas, there was sanding of large sections of wood and then varnishing which pumped out both dust and the vapour from the varnish. Not really ideal when full of playing. The workmen then decided at lunchtime to carry large metal fence panels through the cafe and centre with running round everywhere. Not the time to be doing this and disappointing to see. The itself is a bit run down in some but then excellent in others. we expected to be struggling to fill a full day but had no issues whatsoever! So much stuff to keep the entertained! The are definitely for a younger audience but older ones will still enjoy. Some of the staff appear like they're completing community service by how happy they looked but were genuinely happy to help if needed. We expected this would be a one off visit but currently making plans to visit again in the summer. Loads of space to not feel crowded and our little 'un really enjoyed it ( as did the adults). Good value for money to be fair and would definitely recommend people with younger get the season pass for over the holidays. A good Easter day out and will be back again. Went for my child’s birthday and it was an experience! The food was ridiculously over priced nearing £4 for a hot drink.. and the hot food was just dismal. Most of the staff were quite young and they all seemed extremely miserable about being there, no smiles.. nothing! The place is very run down, definitely needs some work doing! However, There is a range of and activities to do for there which is a plus however I would love to see more suitable for younger that aren’t all inside! Lastly.. the restrooms.. appalling. I took my child into baby changing and the door did not even shut so anybody was looking in which was very concerning! And every one we went into was not pleasant at all!
