It is well maintained and has two places where you can get a drink, a bite and ice-cream. It has several climbing frames and swings for the kids. Recently there are new workout frames for the bigger people. There is a paid parking lot 24/7/365. Next to the lake there are different camping sites. Wunderschöner See und Außengelände It's to nice but there's no people there now😂🤦🏻 but it's very nice believe me u will not loose any thing when u go there Het hilgelo is a great area to unwind and relax in Winterswijk. The lake is decently sized and it has nice sandy beaches. There is also many amenities like a beach club, beach volleyball field, and play areas for children. All in all it’s a great place to go to!
