With rental lodges, camping spots, motorhome area. Big playground for the kids and a bmx circuit. Heated outdoor and indoor with slides. Restaurant, drinks and a shop. Mini golf……. Lots to do, area for walks and bike rides. Absolutely fantastic. We booked our first Eurocamp holiday and didn't want to venture too far from the UK, we also didn't want somewhere too busy or too hot. This park is amazing and location in a perfect area, especially if you like bike riding, as you can hire (£22.50 a day) electric bikes. The pools were brilliant, yes quite busy at times but why wouldn't it be it's peak season! Then absolutely empty at others. No everything isn't written In English, but Hello, you are in another country, Google translate can instantly translate. Accommodation was perfect, we choose a week where it was 28°- 36° and the AC was a life saver. The upkeep of the park was extremely pleasing and definitely 5 Stars. Highly recommend. As with all Europarks we have been to this is a delight, clean, reasonably priced, amenities. The staff are fantastic and friendly. I really can't find any fault, even after an eight hour drive we have had a time, British holiday parks could learn a hell of a lot from these guys. Just reading another review, yes everything is in Dutch, but I expected that, it's what Google lens is for. Disappointed… The terasse was and lounging out there or eating food was a highlight. The rooms are tiny with less than perfect mattresses but I slept so it could be worse. The gas grill was easy to use, so that’s a win. The site has lots of activities which is great, however all are in Dutch which makes it difficult for international children and parents who can’t translate for their kids. The take away pizza! Brilliant idea, except the price is outrageous considering the pizza is pretty much childs size, and no I’m not just a disgruntled camper, don’t believe me, book in and try it yourself. The system getting in and out is a joke, either the camera doesn’t recognise your face or it scans your face while you are trying to lift your kid up who isn’t tall enough, meaning you now can’t scan your face again to get yourself out. There is also only 2 ways in and out of the area which makes prime time painful. Having to wait for a line of 30 people to come through one gate so you can also get out is not optimal. The website also says the outdoor is heated. If heated they mean by people warming it up with pee, then that makes sense because both outdoor pools are astronomically colder than the inside and little ones either won’t want to get in or freeze after 10 mins. Secondly the pools get filled up so quickly, particularly indoors, yes the ‘relaxing wellness centre’ pool, so much that you can barely move around and with the amount of children dive bombing in, it’s arguably just dangerous at some points. The website talks about the wellness centre. The wellness is literally the indoor used by everyone right next to the indoor slide and the ‘baby pool’. I haven’t even seen the sauna. Forget everything about a ‘relaxed wellness centre’. That is laughable. Next issue, we were surprised by the lack of English translation offered, everything was in Dutch of course that makes sense, we are in holland, but there was no English in small writing underneath or an English menu, this can also make following signs challenging. The service in general is but assuming that at this point we are in a camping site that caters for international holidays there was often a difficulty in communication. Do I think it’s a place for Dutch families to go on holiday, yeah i can see the appeal. Do I think it’s worth it for international people/families, absolutely not, I will never get the time it took to travel from Denmark back. Unsurprisingly I wouldn’t recommend. They ask you to check out at 10:30 on Sunday. No late checkout option and they want you to pay for another day if you want to do late checkout. Not ideal for a weekend escape. Check in on Saturday at 16:00 and checkout at 10:30 Sunday. You can not stay 24 hours with 1 day booking.
