I own a one-year-old Dacia Duster, still under full warranty. The car broke down and became undriveable, so I took it to an official Dacia service in Italy (Gi.Bi.Auto – Palermo). It has now been six weeks, and they still don’t have the necessary part to repair my car. I’ve been completely without a vehicle during all this time, with no replacement car provided, even though the car is covered by the European warranty and Dacia’s mobility assistance program. I requested a Dealer’s Call for a replacement vehicle, but nothing has been done. This is unacceptable for a brand that claims reliability and customer care. Dacia should urgently review how its European service network supports customers left without their for weeks. No stars should be given. Last year we bought a 2 year-old Dacia Sandero from a dealer in Katowice Poland it was still on guarantee. I as some problems with air conditionning and electricity appeared during the guarantee period we asked for repairement. The AC was ok but the side window wasn't repaired. Two months after the guarantee expaired the main cable harness turned out to be broken. The car was left at the licensed garage on the 2nd of September and till now we didn't get a confirmation when the car will be repaired. Dacia Poland does not want to take any responsibility or participate in the hudge repairement costs. If you consider buying Dacia think twice...I will never make this mistake again. Renault are the absolute worst in the world, and what's interesting is they even created a more rubbish subsidiary called Dacia. If I had cancer, I'd suffer less. Dacia's even worse than cancer. Am un dosar de dauna la un reprezentant Dacia care a făcut comanda de doua luni jumătate și nu s-au livrat piesele... aproape zilnic sunam la vocea Clientului și degeaba.. mă întreb dacă e normal ca pentru două piese (care nu au termen de livrare) sa stau atâta timp ... degeaba e mașină românească daca piesele vin, cine știe de unde?! Dezinteres total din partea angajaților de la Vocea Clientului. Următorul pas va fi către ANPC, pentru că nu e normal, după ce că am fost accidentată sa stau după @DaciaRomania , să mă rog să îmi livreze piesele.
