Užsisakiau vidutinę porciją vištienos filė, telefonu man buvo pasakyta, jog užsakymas bus paruoštas per 15 minučių. Atvykau po 20 minučių, tačiau darbuotojai informavo, kad tokio užsakymo jie neužfiksavo. Vietoje to buvo pasiūlyta laukti dar 20 minučių, kol patiekalas bus pagamintas. Didžiausią nuoskaudą sukėlė tai, kad darbuotojai neparodė jokio elementaraus mandagumo – nei atsiprašymo, nei paaiškinimo. Tokia situacija kelia nusivylimą ir prastą įspūdį apie Jūsų įstaigos aptarnavimo kultūrą.
