After 7 years I made another visit to this amazing place , last time I did black course three times in a row , now I did 5 tracks in an hour ( green , orange , blue , red and black ) , it was a warm up and training session for upcoming European OCR championships in Portugal, I love climbing, such an amazing place for everyone, from youngest to oldest ( nice pathways to walk , for those who can't or don't want do climbing ) , 5 easy stars on me Taurai Adventure Park, full of lots of activities for all ages, plenty of climbing tracks and zip-lines, and some tricky ones for the bigger kids, with tracks going as high as 21m. day out with a nice restaurant on site also, a must when the weather's hot Apleistas parkas. My daughter hurt herself badly, when asked for a medic or any first aid supply’s we were told they don’t have any !!! What sort of place where kids play and height does not hold any first aid equipment! Update - Having reflected on the situation let me make this even clearer for you. I never once said this accident was caused by your park. Your staff didn’t bring any medical supplies but a piece of paper towel, so getting the story straight would be a start on your part, especially if you have the security footage of all of what you stated the staff member did . Following the accident the only staff member we could find who was on what I think was reception who was asked where is the medic or a first aid box and the reply we received was there is not one and we would need an ambulance for any medical attention. No freeze spray, bandage or disinfectant was brought to us. Threatening with Lithuanian law is not going to make me remove this comment but effort. I suggest you review your footage again and then come back with the truth rather than painting your own story. We had spent a hour strolling around your park and not once did we come across any staff member from your site. You have children clipping themselves 10m high from the ground onto cable lines to swing from tree to tree with no one above or below to ensure this is done correctly - what precautions do you have in place for this should a child not clip themselves in and fall from such deadly height ? Health and safety negligence on your part A start would be addressing the health and safety which doesn’t seem to exist at this park. At least it was not when we needed it most. Amazing place! Lots of activities and all of them are fun.If you go zip lining they will show you the instructions before you start.The colours are the different difficulties on the zip line.There is a restaurant there if you’re hungry.There is also a playroom for kids.I really recommend this place if you’re looking for somewhere to have fun. The one of the best places in Lithuania for the adults and kids, to spend the days in ECO environment and much more .... Had a lot of fun with my 7 year old son. We went 3 times within one week. I was super happy that without knowing local language we could communicate easily since all of the staff can speak English very well. The administration was friendly and helpful as well as instructors, who took care of us and helped us when we struggled. Thank you, see you next year! We stoped here and kids was suprised und unrealy happy. We will come back in next trip.
