They blame customers for the fall of heaters that are not well stuck to the wall. And instead of apologizing for almost hurting customers they just threat to call the police when clearly they have no insurance to cover up their mess. It was funny in the beginning and we clearly wanted to go back and play, but guess what? They just lost 20 customers.
