But they have a really cozy (for winter) restaurant (which also has tables outside) the drinks are so and the sausages and fries are super tasty. The staff everywhere is so friendly and helpful! Aber ....beim Personal sollte man mal nachdenken,ob da wirklich einige Personen Recht am Platz sind. Durch ein unglückliches Geschehen ist unsere Hündin von der Leine,aus dem Halsband (Sie war gesichert!!!) in das Freigehege gestürmt. Mein Mann(Herzkrank )der mit ihr draußen auf der Bank gewartet hat,war selbst völlig erschrocken,er hat damit gerechnet! ...weil sie dort mit meiner Enkelin gehört hat,denk mal durch den Wind.... Keine Ahnung,wer sie dort durch 2 Türen gelassen hat, ich hab sie nur aus dem Augenwinkel im Gehege verwirrt umherlaufen sehen. Hinter ihr eine völlig schreiende Pflegerin,die über einen Zaun sprang und meine Hündin brüllend vorantreibt... Meine Hündin hat trotz Angst kein Tier im Visier gehabt,das würde Sie nie tun!! Was ihrem verwirrten Zustand um zu finden und ihrer Rasse (Golden Doodle)zu verdanken ist ... Ich bin gleich raus aus dem Gehege ,musste außen herum,was etwas Zeit in Anspruch nahm, wobei ich und etliche Leute natürlich ihre brüllerei, womit sie alle Tiere dort auf gescheucht und in Panik versetzte,nun sämtliche Augen auf starrten... Ich kam mir vor, als ob mein Hund gerade ein Tier angefallen hat, dabei wollte sie nur wieder raus da und zu mir. Also ,ich am Ende des Eingangs ,hat die Pflegerin mit meinem ruhig sitzenden Hund 🐕 bereits auf gewartet. Ich bin um einiges älter und Sie beschimpfte mich,als Sie als Besitzer des Hundes wahrnahm,in einem von oben herab ,aggressiven Geschrei, selbst nachdem sie mir den Hund übergab und noch von uns ging,hörte sie auf zu brüllen. Die Gäste/Besucher,die mittlerweile wegen dem Geschrei um uns standen,haben sich sogar bei mir für ihr Verhalten entschuldigt und mich,nach Luft schnappend ,beruhigt. Ich war fix und fertig,und ich hab mal im ruhigen Ton,die Chance gehabt,mich zu erklären... wie sie sich von oben herab ungeachtet dessen,das da Leute stehen,mich dermaßen in den Boden stampft, oder sie mit ihrer Hektik und dem Geschrei die Tiere ringsum verunsichert und in Unruhe bringt . Ich sag nur, fehl am Platz,wenn man sich im Griff hat... Das war unmöglich! Der Besuch war für die Hölle und ich kann nur froh sein,das meine Enkelin das mitbekommen hat, dafür sind andere Eltern mit ihren Kindern direkt dabei gewesen,wie sich die Pflegerin aufgeführt hat.Das tut mir leid,sowas erleben zu müssen! Bei meinem Hund 🐶 hätte es gereicht,wenn man ihm im ruhigen Ruf zurückgerufen hätte! Man sollte mal das probieren! Und gleich so eine Treibjagd!!! Und die Art und Weise,einem Menschen gegenüber,vor anderen Leuten soooo aufzutreten ,ganz schlimm! Ist doch logisch, das weiß man aber als Tierpfleger, wenn man laut schreiend und hektisch hinter Tiere hinterher läuft, diese in Panik sind! Sie können froh sein,das mein Hund von der Herde in dem Zustand angegriffen wurde und außerdem haben Sie durch ihr Verhalten ALLE Kinder und Besucher,die sich zu dem Zeitpunkt Ihrer Treibjagd in dem Gehege befanden,in Gefahr gebracht haben!!! Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit dem Tierpark. Ein großer Abenteuerspielplatz, leckere Speisen abseits des Pommes Currywurst Standards und allgemein eine eher familiäre Atmosphäre. Eventuell hat man bei einigen Spielgeräten ein wenig Wartezeit. Das ist aber schlimm. Die Kinder sind zwischen 3 und 12 und es gibt eigentlich für alle etwas zu sehen und entdecken.
