If state owned enterprises is an I Age visiting here let you understand why the staffs are so furious on the annual meeting and why VW is not disappeared after so long history of mistakes Everything is very over engineered and unnecessary. Some how you could feel it is VW and only VW can do this. 7/10, 3.5/5. Great reliable cars, great handling for drivers & good for driver & passenger comfort. Got to point out that I know someone who worked here as an engineer designing the steering mechanisms in offices who weren’t allowed to talk to anyone & was in this rigid environment everyday. With this really cool museum they have companies that Volkswagen owns. Seat being one of them. Each car company has their own building with their newest vehicles they choose to showcase. They also share information on being as green for the environment as possible. At the seat building they showed I believe 3 or 4 cars and had every colour possible showcased on side mirrors on a wall which is cool since you can buy cars on site. They also had this cool exhibit which showed different styles and possibilities for their cars Volkswagen France has completely failed its customer responsibilities – Volkswagen Group needs to know what is happening in its French subsidiary I am posting this message specifically so that Volkswagen Group in Germany becomes aware of the alarming situation occurring within its French division. For more than five months, I have been trapped in an unacceptable cycle of technical failures, misinformation, internal contradictions and total lack of accountability from Volkswagen France, CUPRA France and Volkswagen Financial Services France. 1. A new car with major safety defects that remain unresolved I am leasing a new CUPRA vehicle through Volkswagen Financial Services. Since day one, the car has had a serious airbag system fault, confirmed several times but never repaired properly. Other critical systems have shown irregular behaviour as well (braking alerts, driver assistance malfunctions, electronic instability), making the vehicle unsafe and unpredictable. 2. 107 days of immobilisation — and still no solution Between time spent in the workshop and immobilisation requested by the dealership, the car has now been unavailable for 107 days. More than three months without a safe vehicle — and yet no repair plan, no replacement, no official communication, nothing. 3. A systemic failure inside Volkswagen France This is not the story of one employee making a mistake — it is the result of a complete breakdown of the French organisation: Customer service agents who cannot escalate issues. Technical teams who have no instructions from the manufacturer. CUPRA France unable to give any response or timeline. Volkswagen Financial Services refusing to get involved despite being the legal owner of the car. Each department contradicts the other, and no one is authorised to make a decision. Every written communication (including registered letters) receives no answer at all. 4. Silence at the highest level I even contacted the President of Volkswagen France directly, in a respectful and detailed letter. He did not acknowledge the message, did not respond, and did not delegate anyone to handle the case. This complete lack of leadership in a safety-related situation is astonishing for a global automotive brand. 5. A customer carrying all the obligations, while Volkswagen France does nothing Despite the immobilisation of the car, I continue to: pay the monthly lease, pay insurance, meet every contractual requirement. In return, I receive no progress, no clarity, and no responsible interlocutor. 6. Why I am writing here Because Volkswagen France has proven incapable of managing a basic safety issue, and the situation now requires the attention of the group’s international management. This is not an isolated incident — this is a structural failure of the French subsidiary. A car that cannot guarantee airbag safety should never be left on the road. A customer should never be ignored for months after multiple formal notices. A national division should not operate with this level of disorganisation and indifference. ⚠️ I sincerely hope that Volkswagen Group (Germany) investigates how such a critical case has been handled and takes corrective action. The reputation of the entire group is damaged when one subsidiary operates in this way. This was very very good. If you are interested in cars this the the best place that you should visit. There are other brands of VW also there. Do not miss the Premium Club House (Bugatti). Loved the place . Short tour can be completed in 3Hrs if you wish to see all and have some testdrives it can take up to 5 hrs. So if you are in the area do not miss this place. Awesome place, recommend to anyone , a visit here. I contacted several Volkswagen dealers with specific inquiries, expecting a prompt and professional response. Unfortunately, I did not receive a single reply. It seems as though my requests were simply ignored, which is especially surprising coming from a company of this level. Such indifference leaves a very unpleasant impression and creates a sense of mistrust. My car (Skoda), which I have been using since my time in Ukraine, is currently not functioning, so I was urgently looking for a replacement. However, I did not receive any feedback at all. A wonderful journey to europe in October 2017. Visit to Germany, France, Astoriya, schezecia and many countries with joy & happiness.
