We are in love with the place! Surprisingly beautiful gem, hidden at the end of a boring road. Both restaurant and rooms are pleasant, clean and comfortable (and very kids-friendly) with a strong sense of nature surrounding you. Comparing the price you are paying and the quality of what you get we would give it 11/10. Although I visited this place in the time of year when it isn't crowded and out of the tourist season - still, service was on the great level. Restaurant is surrounded by the natural woods and there is plenty of playground for the youngest ones. Food was very tasty and service friendly. Atmosphere is relaxed to the point that you forget about the time and that it passes.. Good food but very unfriendly/ inexperienced staff. Asked for a recommendation of the food they offer in the restaurant but they couldn’t recommend something. Also no one came to ask if I would need something else/ want to pay. Edit: waiting now for the bill while the waitress is hanging out with friends. The food is amazing, the nature more than beautiful, the personal is the nicest ever!!! Recommend to everyone, for the money we gave we received a five star treatment and stay!! It is near Dubrovnik, Mostar, Sarajevo, Split, Neum, but the place itself is enough to have a great rest amongst mountains!! The hotel is very nice and calm, in a beautiful location in the national park Hutovo Blato. The staff is very nice and friendly, the rooms are comfortable. We’ve stayed here for the second time since two years and we’ve already seen an improvement by a renovation downstairs, and some renovations on the restaurant. You can take a boat tour very close by and learn a lot about the birds that live there, but that is not run by the hotel but by the national park. We hope that the hotel keeps improving and that we’ll be back someday to see it.
