Nastalo je relativno nedavno, tokom devedesetih godina prošlog veka. Njegova istorija počinje sa eksploatacijom kamena u kamenolomu Ledinci. Tokom rata devedesetih godina, kada je napušten kamenolom, podzemne vode su počele da popunjavaju udubljenje nastalo eksploatacijom. Tako je nastalo Ledinačko jezero, koje se danas prostire na površini od oko 4 hektara, sa maksimalnom dubinom od oko 50 metara, dok je prosečna dubina oko 15m. Put kojim smo se kretali vodio je ispod neke rusevine skoro ne moguci prolaz na svakom koraku imaju nabacane grane ,a kada koncno stigneš do jezera dočeka te covek koji govori da je prcela privatna ali kad proverim parcelu na geosrbiji i ekatastru parcela je javna svojina dakle covek očekuje samo neke pare.Vrlo nezadovoljna i necu se vratiti.
