Could do with a little more privacy between mobile homes and more curtains. Shower mixer does not always cooperate. Heating was remotely controlled. But will recommend especially to anyone with young children. Value for money 💰. This was our first time coming here and we absolutely loved it. This is how you run a holiday park. Everything was extremely well organised from check in to check out. Clean and tidy accommodation. Lovely location next to the lake. Excellent swimming pool with some cool music playing from time to time. I really thought the staff and park were excellent. If I could improve anything I would ask for the swimming pool to be open a bit later (say until 9pm) and I would like better recycling facilities in the cabin, as they ask you to recycle but there is no real way to separate everything out and take it to the bin area. Different coloured boxes would be helpful for this. But apart from those 2 things there is nothing I would change. Highly recommended. This was my fourth year — and my last — visiting this place. Two of the reception staff were very rude and called me a liar. The woman and the tall, dark-haired man were not customer-friendly, and their attitude was very aggressive. In previous years, my daughter’s friends visited us during our stay for the day and paid a small fee for this accommodation. This year, the rules were apparently changed, but the new instructions were not clearly communicated. When I mentioned the arrangement from past years, the staff in charge accused me of lying about it. When they asked how my stay was, I explained that I did not appreciate being called a liar. However, one member of staff (the tall man with dark curly hair) at reception responded with an aggressive attitude and offered no apology. I’m sure they have a record of the payment, as we received a receipt — unless they’re hiding something. Customer care and support are very important. Clearly, they don’t think so. Bungalow - lots of spider webs Gardens - very clean Restaurant - very good Shop - very good Pool - very busy beds hard to get jacuzzi - nice but small children throw ball and jump about inside that area too Dog area - not the best but plenty of space around camping area. Dogs not allowed around pool area and can’t leave them in your accommodation. Gym - great but u see age children do use it with and without parents.
