One of the Most Revieweds in Sirmione A highly recommended thermal spa experience in Sirmione, perfect for relaxation and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. While the massages can be inconsistent, the variety of pools, saunas, and relaxation areas, combined with the stunning lake views, make it a worthwhile visit. Book in advance, especially for spa days or treatments. Bring your own swimsuit and slippers. Travel by ferry to avoid parking issues in Sirmione. Everything inside is paid for using an electronic wristband upon exiting. "Absolutely fantastic day spent here." "One of my favorite hot springs/spas ever (and I have been to many across the world). One thing disappoints about this place, the massages. We’ve visited 3-4 times at least and each the is poor. You leave with the feeling that you’ve not even had one - it’s too gentle and slow. The rest of the place is superb and very different summer vs winter, you should try both. The therme is wonderful and in lovely surroundings, and the saunas are amazing too. We enjoyed the one outside facing the lake. This is the main reason why we visit regularly, not the spa. Nice place for nice people who know how to behave. Prices are reasonable and service is attentive. The cafe is inadequate in terms of prices, choice and seating Amazingggg spa!! I absolutely loved the different weather showers and the as well. The salt was my favorite! I also enjoyed the walk through the cardiac tempered for circulation! The hot springs were perfect. The Disneyland of spas, y'all. There are so many to choose from, indoor and outdoor. There's a cool-temp infinity outside where I recommend watching the sunset. There are saunas and a cafeteria and aromatic showers and a lil set of crescent to tone your legs. There is an entire upper level just dedicated to rest rooms, all with different themes: my faves were the lava and the salt room. And if you can splurge, get a treatment. I got the mud scrub followed by an hour long & my skin was so soft afterwards. It was an incredible massage. Make a reservation so you're sure to get in, and just don't forget to bring a swim suit and flip flops! Dico solo.. vale la pena andarci... We recently visited the thermal waters in Sirmione on Garda, and it was an unforgettable experience. The place itself is stunningly beautiful: the views of the emerald and the luxurious SPA facilities create an atmosphere of complete and enjoyment. The pools, baths, and saunas are impressive in their variety and quality. The steam baths with lavender, strawberry, lime, and mint scents were particularly memorable – a real delight for the senses! On the second floor, there are themed rooms, each creating a unique mood: silence, night, music, rain, and even a volcano. There are both indoor and outdoor pools. We especially enjoyed the hot under the rain, admiring the breathtaking view of the with its emerald and dark blue clouds in the sky – it was incredibly beautiful! If you get hungry, the café offers exquisite dishes, and even vegans will be pleased. The selection of cocktails, wines, and beers is delightful and caters to every taste. The SPA prices are quite affordable, so we highly recommend booking massages, masks, and scrubs, as we did. We visited with our 12 and 17-year-old daughters, and they loved it too. The girls enjoyed the pools, baths, and treatments. If you are planning a trip to Garda, visiting the Sirmione SPA is a must-have! Make sure to book in advance — this place is very popular. The thermal baths themselves are pretty standard: warm, slightly sulfuric water, everything generally fine. Some areas are working, some not — typical for such places. But there’s plenty of space, so even when it’s busy, you can still find a spot to relax or sunbathe. Great view of the lake, and there’s a small buffet with snacks. That said, the spa leaves a slightly odd impression. It doesn’t quite have the cozy, calming atmosphere you expect — it feels more like a health clinic. The was good, and the staff were polite and professional, but the place lacks a bit of character and warmth. A stronger touch of management could really elevate the experience. Overall: 4 out of 5. Amazing Therme to visit, especially in the evening time. We were almost alone there and it was super relaxing. There is a huge area with various decos on the second floor, there are several saunas, really nice aroma showers, pools, infinity pool, pretty much everything one can wish for in such a place. Really recommend visiting in the evening if you are around the area. PS mind that there is no parking possibility as the spa is above the old city, so plan around 20 minutes walk from the nearest parking place Monte Baldo. We visited the spa on a cloudy/rainy day for a purpose and weren't disappointed! The spa offers multiple and choices. From warm outdoor pools, indoor and healing thermal waters to special small rooms( star room, music room, salt and many others). You have to book in advance and I was a little bit disappointed everything was sold out as I wanted to their treatments, but oh well we had enough to loose ourselves and just take a breath. We had amazing time, love the saunas with a view on the too. Thank you. This spa is excellent!!! One of my favorite hot springs/spas ever (and I have been to many across the world). Must experience! I came here with a bridal party and it was exactly what we needed before the wedding. The different healing and scented showers were my favorite… the views also stunning!!! Very good Therma Spa. Good place, relaxing and you can easy clean your head. Nice view for Garda. for better circulation of leg was great, warm and cold weather. Many choices of Spa treatments. Saunas, steam room. Showers with nice smell water. Definitely recommend this place. My daughter (17) and I did the 5 hrs from 11.30am. We started with 7 cycles of the cardio circulation walk, then went to the indoor large jacuzzi. We tried the sulphur pool, the scented showers afterwards. We found lounger chairs with view under the shade. Read and admired the views. Tried the cooler at the end of the terrace, no one there so swam and admired the views as this is right on the lake. Had lunch, ham, cheese croissants and diet coke, water. We then went to the big with the spa bubbles. We tried the upstairs, enjoyed them all, had some flavoured tea on our way back to the pools. We did not do sauna or steam as was a hot day! I had a mud wrap with Vlada, was calming and detoxing! My skin felt smoothe afterwards. We found all the staff from Reception to the bistro, spa all friendly. The best 5 hours! The was really nice and made our skin feel so smooth. There was plenty of space and lots of different pools, saunas, steam rooms, spots and therapy things. We only had 3 hours and it wasn't long enough to try everything! We booked the full body massage, which was nice (you have to wear the horrible little pants though!). I was disappointed that I could not fill up my anywhere, though, and it wasn't clear what we could leave. Wonderful location, and an excellent range of spa features. We loved the scented showers and the multiple with complimentary flavoured and teas. The themselves were lovely, spanning a range of temperatures and with various types of jets. We went for 2 hours: keep a mental note of your entry on the turnstiles as you're charged if you exit late, and the includes taken to change. You need to bring flip-flops. We had lunch afterwards in the cafe out the front of the building (after exiting the spa). The snack and lunch deals were good value (medium pizza, and coffee for 10 euros; smoked swordfish salad, and coffee for 15 euros). The tables out front are nicely shaded and in a pleasant garden. Meant the feeling of continued across lunch. Absolutely fantastic day spent here. We booked the couples spa day which included private jacuzzi and massage. The thermal spa itself was lovely, lots of space to move around and use the jets. Fantastic views over the lakes, lots of sunbeds with the added bonus of them having adjustable sun shades for reading a book or just for keeping your head shaded. The private jacuzzi was lovely and came with a bottle of champagne, fresh fruit and chocolate. This was then followed by a 50 minute massage. The masseuse was attentive and friendly. I’d had a big fall a few days prior and had large bruising to my hip and knee. Without having to explain, she immediately said she would not those areas and would be careful around them. True to her word she was very gentle in those areas and made me feel completely at ease allowing me to relax and enjoy the rest of the massage. In relation to getting to the location: DO NOT ATTEMPT TO DRIVE THERE!!! (OR TO SIRMIONE FULL STOP!) the roads in Sirmione are tiny and chaotic, there is nowhere to park anywhere near the spa. If you are not staying in Sirmione then catch a ferry to Sirmione (like we did) and the spa is only a 5min walk from the ferry terminal. Once inside the spa, everything is paid for using an electronic wristband that is given to you on entry. You then pay for anything you have purchased on the way out. They have a cafe that sells drinks and snacks. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas to avoid people smoking all over you whilst relaxing, there is no specific signs but you will see the ashtrays (grey clay pots with sand in the top) The service wasn’t professional in my opinion. Other things nice😊 It was a great and at SPA Aquaria. A great set of saunas and mineral baths recharge you energetically and physically while looking at the peaceful in front of you. For the I can only say - Thank you Julia, you have magical hands that relaxed me so much that I even fell asleep. I recommend and would gladly visit this great place again.😊 Beautiful and relaxing spot in Sirmione, we were a group of 4 and we loved it! Towels, bathrobe, and cuff provided (no slippers and swimsuit, so make sure you bring your own). Staff is super friendly and attentive. Restaurant options were healthy and delicious. Will definitely be back on my next vacation! We booked a 50-minute couples that included two glasses of prosecco and fruits. The itself was excellent—professional, relaxing, and thoroughly enjoyable. For that, we give full marks and would genuinely recommend the treatment. However, the overall was marred by poor organization and a lackluster setting. Upon arrival, the check-in process was chaotic. We were asked multiple times to provide proof of our reservation, which gave the impression of disorganization and made us feel unwelcome. The waiting area was cramped and overcrowded, with limited seating, adding to the discomfort. Post-massage, the further deteriorated. We had assumed we’d be able to enjoy our prosecco and fruit in the garden or area, which would have extended the relaxation. Instead, we were directed to a snack area that resembled a hospital reception or lobby—far from the serene atmosphere expected. When we asked if we could enjoy our refreshments elsewhere, we were told no. In summary, while the itself deserves a five-star rating, the customer service, chaotic management, and unappealing environment surrounding it reduce the overall to a 3 out of 5. There’s definite potential here, but significant improvements in hospitality and ambiance are needed. I had a wonderful at the thermal baths in Sirmione – the atmosphere is relaxing, the facilities are clean and well-maintained, and the views of the are just breathtaking. But what made my visit truly unforgettable was the with Anna. She is an incredibly skilled and intuitive therapist. I felt completely relaxed and energized after the session. Her hands truly work magic! I highly recommend Anna if you're looking for a professional and deeply effective massage. Thank you for the amazing care!
