We've visited this place a lot over the years but unfortunately, it's less about the food and more about the service. You aren't made to feel welcome and during our visit were constantly reminded about how much time we had left. I understand the waiter may have wanted to leave work and go home, but ourselves and other paying customers were there trying to have an enjoyable time. Unfortunately, the was lacking and creates an odd atmosphere, especially when they're sat indoors death-staring at you through the window. Food was OK, just OK, nothing special. The bean soup was not at all, like it was from a cane. The kebapche was good. The were not friendly and had some attitude, not sure why, since we were 6 people ready to eat and spend money. FYI we were told the inside is closed during the summer season, so you have to eat outside in the sun, heat, and all the flies! I have never seen a waiter who hated everything and everybody more than the man who served us! When we were ordering the man couldn’t care to even look at us, he was constantly rolling his eyes, barely spoke even when we were asking about items on the menu. The food was passable, nothing special. Bare in mind that if you order rakiya with salad and a main course everything is coming at the same time. So if you want to enjoy your drink whit a salad or God forbid want to have 2 rakiyas before your main course it is not happening. Whilst we were at the restaurant another couple came to mane a reservation for later that day with our waiter who didn’t even turn to look at the people but rather spoke to them over his shoulder. When we showed the waiter the raw chicken wings he simply took them away and did not make new ones as compensation. Worse, the uncooked chicken wings caused diarrhoea after that. Go elsewhere. И през това време ще отпъждате от масата себеподобни. I don’t know where to begin. The was very unwelcoming, it felt as we were invading their personal space. They didn’t even greet us, just handed us their menus and come back some time later. I ordered grilled chicken. The french fries were soggy, the rice overcooked and mushy, the sauce for the chicken had very bad smell to it, I think they tried to make it with red wine but didn’t make it properly. The atmosphere was also something to remember. We were seated close to the bar and for the entire time we could hear the arguing about dirty dishes. I wonder how this place is still operating. Посещавали сме заведението преди години и решихме да седнем отново. Настаниха ни на маса, след което чакахме 15 минути да ни донесат меню. След като ги повикахме да ни донесат, една от сервитьорките ни каза, че колегата ще ни донесе. След малко сервитьора ни изгледа и с цялото си неуважение ни се изрепчи с думите - “не виждате ли табелата (reserve), какво сте седнали там?!”. Директно станахме и повече никога няма да повторим! Бизнес така не се прави! Заведения колкото искаш… навсякъде що годе хубава храна, но отношението е това което може да те спечели в едно място.
