Nice bar with a hidden back yard, Not exactly an irish bar but descent enough. drinks food fun! Friends recommended this restaurant. I must say the Sunday roast was better than in England. The portion was significant, and all the trimmings were fantastic. We will definitely be back. Friday(fish & chip night) excellent. You can join in the quiz or just eat. Bar is friendly & TV had football/rugby on recently. St Patrick's day was very busy & that was out of season. We was in the area so we thought we would give Tipsy Turtle a go, on arrival we were greeted by the staff who were friendly and welcoming we found a table no problem , sat down and then we ordered our drinks after looking at the menu the waitress came over and explained the Baguette of the day Turkey & Cranberry Sauce also came with chips and salad a pint of Leon Larger or a glass of house wine for €8.95 so we ordered, We had plenty on the plate so wasn’t disappointed for the price the Guinness was on Draft too was thank Tipsy Turtle you see you again soon. Went for quiz night, the atmosphere was and the staff were absolutely brilliant, definitely recommend the fish and chips. A fabulous night was spent in company. Lovely pub with food and really entertainment, for anyone ie kids, couples, adults, elderly. Very welcoming and very reasonable prices. Stage out back of the place where they have live entertainment. Highly recommend 👌 Lovely little stop off after a long walk. Welcome drinks and service great. Never got there for Sunday lunch but hear it is fab and the place to go and reservations recommended as they sell out! Had a fantastic my tasty Sunday roast, well worth the money, so tasty, choice of meats, homemade yorkies and cauliflower cheese, definitely be back!! Brilliant service, food and atmosphere. The food came out very quickly and was worried. Couldn't believe the portion size and quality. We will definitely be going back when we're next over. Food here is and very filling. Service also. It's an Irish bar. Was here with Luca my Grandson who is 6 back in August 24.food was lovely Good portion sizes. Staff were very friendly acoustic guitarist with a voice playing. Went there nearly every night for the food. Luca loved going.
