The airfilter must not have been cleaned or exchanged for ages. Therefore the AC blasted peaces of black dust containing who knows what. I got serious respiratory problems afterwards. Even worse construction noises at inappropriate times. There is poor customer service and poor rapport. Worst place ever to in, not worth staying there even for one hour. I have experienced this 2 days ago until now just checked out. The place is not welcoming, the receptionist lady is very rude, doesn't not cooperate in giving a welcome sensation to the guests. The prices for the rooms are high when we consider the amenities. It's written in their website that it's 110TL per night but they charged me 150TL per night. The internet is very bad keeps shutting off, it's very slow no other speeds except 1 or 2 Mbit, the shower did not have any equipments necessary for example towels, hand towels, shampoos, soaps, the toilet seat was broken, the shower curtain was broken, the water for the shower was ice cold, and it was coming very little that usual showers that take 15 mins will take you 1 hour at least...the is very cold and not sound proof so you're going to hear/wake up after each and every sound comes up in the hallway or in other rooms...the air-condition was turning on and off as well as making very LOUD noise from the fan itself in the AC... the TV colors were off like it was black and white flat screen TV... the sheets and the blankets were dirty and dusty, there was no light bulb in the living lamp so it was dark all the time....after all this I went and complained to the reception desk the lady said I don't know if the maintenance guy gonna come he will fix if not then nothing we can do. If you have more complaints please talk to the manger on MONDAY, while I was there only for weekends. Worst place ever. These people are horrible. Took my and refused to refund even though my card was blocked. I told them that my card was blocked so I couldn’t get from the ATM to pay for multiple days as I intended but these group of heartless people refused to let me for the they took and also refused to refund despite not letting me stay. A double bed and twin bed rooms. No problem they were renovated. Went downstairs paid by credit card. When i looked at the card printout it said 120tl. I asked did you charge me for 2 nights. No you go tomorrow before 12pm. Why did you charge me 120..40 more. I want a refund..no refund! I want a receipt..No receipt! After a heated discussion and wanting my back to leave...No Refund like a parrot she gave me a key for on 3rd floor. disgusting..no glass in bathroom window (security issue) tv not working and bed sheets dirty..
