I have visited parks in Switzerland, USA, Canada, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Italy. Austria, England, Germany... I have never seen such a variety of attractions like in this park in any other park. I know one in the US which also has Go Karts but here you get everything for one fair price: Trampoline Park, Big Air Trampolines with airbag, slides, Go Karts, Bumber Cars, Skating, Inflatables, Football area, Lasertag... Incredible! It is not the cleanest park, indeed, you have to pay separately for the lockers but all in all I can only recommend this park. Thank you so much! The boy's 6th birthday. Loads to do and they all had tons of fun. The were really good and friendly. The manager/chef in the cafe was super helpful and a credit to the business. Nice coffee also. It was cold sitting around but that was an advantage to the jumping and running around. So wrap up if you're sat waiting for the kids. Nice for parties as they have little private party rooms. Recommended as it was a good all-around experience with loads to keep them occupied. Came first thing in the morning, literally first through the door. Initially impressed as the place looks huge. We went straight to the toilets which looked like they hadn't been cleaned in ages with a thick layer of grime and big poos in the first two toilets we looked in 🤢 the toilets didn't flush well so I guess that's why There was quite a lot of rubbish about like empty bottles, socks left in the locker area, not what you expect as soon as it opens, like it wasn't cleaned the night before The roller skating rink was a nice idea but we couldn't find any pairs of skates, they were all missing inserts, had huge rips, the laces were so ruined you couldn't thread them, or velcro missing so you couldn't strap them closed. A lot of the areas were closed so it wasn't actually as big as we thought. The trampolines are quite baggy? I'm not sure if this is intentional but all the other trampoline places we've been they're pulled really taut, so it doesn't feel great to bounce on but could be personal opinion 🤷 Staff were nice and helpful Wouldn't return again, when jumping Joseph's and airhop are so close by The manager handled misbehaviour very fairly and professionally. The kitchen were very helpful when it came to serving the food and knew the answers to all my questions. The soft play and inflatables as well as the trampolines, slides, skating and go karts is so much to do in just two hours, the were never bored and the food was very tasty. We ate after the two hours bouncing and then had fun on the arcade games. A 10 out of 10 activity, we had a lovely afternoon here. It doesn't say on the website that It's really aimed at young children, with more on the soft play and bouncy castle side. It used to have a good selection of different trampolines like a long one to do plenty of flicks but that's all gone now. It's not for teenagers or above and I think that should be clearer on the website. We came to visit yesterday and cost me almost £100. To say it's not worth the money is an understatement. Firstly the rollerblading was in absolute disarray. The skates were all over the floor which was not only a trip hazard but just a mess. Every single skate was not paired up and disgustingly kept. Some skates even had only 2 out of 4 wheels. The wasnt manned by and after wasting half an hour of our 2 hours trying to find a suitable pair of skates for my who we're upset at this point, unknotting laces and finding ones that weren't dangerous, I decided to try to find a member to give me some scissors and laces so I could lace them myself! Reception said there wasn't anyone available as they were busy but said they'd try to send someone over. 10 minutes later and someone came. The member looked lost and begun ranting to us about the chaos, lack of and mess. We were told that there's a new owner who doesn't care at all about the safety of customer's, more about making more money, this is why there was such a lack of staff. He then went on to tell us, which we were beyond sickened by, that they were leaving the rollerblading in a mess on purpose in the hope that someone would injur themselves so that they could then tell the owner and prove that the is dangerous and needs staffing. We were absolutely appalled! Second to this reason, the lack of across the venue is shocking. We saw 2 members in total across the whole venue, one on the slides and one wondering around looking lost. Considering all the safety videos etc and risk of injury, there should be so many more members of staff!! We did see other - what we could only presume - were members, wondering around in costumes. They weren't marked as or anything, just wondering around in terrifying costumes. One of which was dressed as "Scream", who is a serial killer who stabs victims, the second was "Mo mo" who convinced his real world child victims to commit suicide. In what world are these suitable Halloween costumes to be creepily wondering around a CHILD'S attraction?!? I could go on about the visit, we're just in shock to be honest. Considering the extortionate price, having to pay £3 each for used socks and £4 to use a locker, I just have no words. I have never written a review on Google before but this place drove me crazy Overall this place is just a let down for the price. -Toilets are disgusting, there was no toilet roll. They looked like they had never been cleaned with chewing gum stuck all over the floor. - all three of the taps in the men’s toilets were hanging off the basins - the Astro turf floor looked like it had never been hoovered, there were piles of dust and fluff everywhere especially the stairs. There was just junk and rubbish trodden into the carpets - the following areas were not open / working - all of the ball cannons did not work plus there was only about 6 balls to fire had they been working - soft play was having major repairs - bumper cars were closed - some of the games in the arcade bit closed - all of the roller skates for small had no liners - or were completely knackered - all the dead spaces under stairs etc were just filled with rubbish and no effort made to tidy - leaving a poor atmosphere A massive avoid from us, this place should be great but they are failing to do all the basics The hygiene in here is getting worse and worse. It’s so dirty. The toilets are horrendous thick with dirt you can see they haven’t been cleaned for months. Used chewing gum on the bouncy castle, sweets and wrappers in the soft play.
