However, I wouldn't give more than 2 stars for many reasons: Bad hygiene, sheets and pillow covers weren't clear and had to ask to replace them The equipment are dirty, I wanted to use the hair dryer on the bathroom and it was full of oil in a very disgusting way The carpet is dirty , the fridge smell , etc.. The food is expensive for the small amount and overall bad quality , while some dishes were ok, others were bad. The shower has weak water pressure There is no real play area for small kids, they have for sports but not sufficient enough. The included breakfast is the worst I have seen in a hotel , they give one dish for each room with some branza, unt, salam, castraveți, roșii then just eggs. If you want milk you pay extra (first time in my life, I see hotel breakfast without milk included). The service is overall bad. I wouldn't say its a bad experience, but I wouldn't consider it in the future though. Excellent Stay! I stayed at Casa Augsburg for 4 days, and it was absolutely fantastic! The staff was very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. The food was delicious. I really enjoyed every meal. The rooms were spotless and comfortable. The pool and the beautiful garden made my stay even more relaxing. I highly recommend this place and would love to come back! Overall the hotel looks very very cheap. Furniture is very old. Bathroom doors don’t close and have a very wired way of closing. Also they are transparent and whoever are you with is going to see you poo. Nothing here looks value for money. Service is 0, maybe for something else it would be good but in my 3 days stay not even one I could find somebody at reception. There is literally nobody around for anything and that bell they have there is 0. In today day I find it very disappointing for a hotel to not care about the service they offer only that they took your money gave you a room and that’s it. This rating may well go higher as I visit more -just visited today for the pool though also asked about a massage. For the pool no problem however I could not get the massage, which I just found a bit poor considering they are a wellness centre.
