Great location on the lake with plenty of sunshine and attentive staff. THe Beef Goulash with maswas tender and tasty and a big enough serve for us to share for lunch. An accompanying bread roll was great for the gravy. The goulash at 14.80 aud and washed down with 2 x cokes was agood meal. THe untrained bees hoering around were a bit of a worry for my wife. Beautiful on the water. Food was great. Had a really great server named Ismet that took great care of us. I tried just resto for we can give 3 starts but for food it was delicious 😋 and view on lake and beautiful nature 😍 price was good also . On our way from Bihac to Sarayevo, Bosnia, we have stopped for two hours to see and enjoy Plivsko Jezero Lake(Pliva lake). The lake is very beautiful, stunning view and we have really enjoyed the boating. After boating we have decided to have our lunch at motel plaza restaurant. We have ordered three types of pizzas and 5- fresh orange juice. The person who served us was absolutely rude and not polite at all. So my family and I had felt uncomfortable and did not like the attitude and their bad treatment. We have asked the same to provide us 5 (empty )dishes but he strangely looked at us and then ignored us. He was absolutely rude and did not treat us well as other customers. it seems to us that there are some , in this motel plaza restaurant, who are very prejudiced and discriminated, or may they are not happy to see certain type of people at their motel plaza restaurant, particularly muslims/arabs people. It was the first time, we did not give tip for the who served us because we have felt that he did not deserve it. The attitude makes me not to recommend this motel plaza nor to visit it again. Wait for 40 minutes to be served,in this time I wave to waiter 2 Times bud I was not served. Insted I was ignored...awoid this place! Horrible and very rude staff.We came here for drinks and decided to have lunch too as the place was beautiful and had lovely views. We were a family of 5 people and were on holiday in Bosnia. The food was good but the attitude of the was very bad . They were not ready to listen to us and were always in a hurry. The told us bluntly that we have to order all our drinks in one time as many we want .. how is that possible? They said they were busy but only 4 tables were occupied. And everyone else was ordering as and when they feel like then why be rude to us. We wanted to have more drinks and food but we just left cause the was rude and arrogant and not bothered. I will not recommend this place to anyone who wants good and smiling staff. Very bad experience. The is terrible, cannot recommend. The waiters completely ignored us, even after we politely signaled that we were ready to order. The view is beautiful there, but cant outweigh to be treated this rudely by the staff... The experience with most of your staff, and especially with one employee, was at the highest level. I want to give the most sincere and highest possible praise to your security guard, Mr. Mickey. His professionalism, exceptional kindness, and dedication to his job are something I rarely encounter. His approach made me and my friends feel safe and extremely comfortable, as if we were at home. He is absolutely responsible for making our stay unforgettable, and he is an outstanding representative of your brand. However, I feel it is my duty to also alert you to a very unpleasant experience with one of your employees, a cleaning lady. Her unprofessional and aggressive behavior, which included yelling and loud banging, not only disturbed our peace but was also shocking. I witnessed her publicly attacking and shouting at her colleague, the security guard, solely because of our presence. An even greater disappointment followed when I learned from the guard that she had caused him problems at work because of this incident, which is absolutely unacceptable in the professional world. I believe that a person like that, who is untidy, unfriendly, and creates a bad atmosphere within the team, does not contribute to the quality of your service. While this criticism is directed exclusively at her behavior, I hope you will recognize and reward the hard work of your security guard, and that you will take the necessary steps regarding the inappropriate behavior of the mentioned employee.
