Very kind and helpful staff. But when I asked about nature sites the officers could only point out parks in the town. Also the Tourist office only covers a small geographical area. This is located in what I think is a historic building which is also a museum and in a rather out of town location, but the last few turnings were signed clearly. The map they issue is unreadable without a magnifying glass but the information booklet was really comprehensive. At the time if our visit which was late in the day, the staff were not very positive or informative (my partner is Lithuanian, so language was not an issue) but they answered our questions well enough.
