I've ordered an old Nissan door handle - it was sent immediately and arrived from Lithuania to Israel in 3 days with DHL! I was really surprised and highly recommend this company. Communication is very correct. The ordered part was fine. However, Fedex is the worst courier company in Europe. I bought a rear bumper with fog lights on it, however when it arrived at my store on of the fog lights was taken off... probably sold to another customer. Great service. Nice website feature where you can suggest a price. Allows a quick negociation and only 3 days to deliver to Poland. The product matches the picture exactly and was securely packaged. !Terrible AVOID! Ordered an under tray for an Audi which arrived in 3 weeks badly damaged. Got in touch, many photos chase emails later (10 weeks of back and forth) they insisted I return the under tray with me paying the postage from UK to Lithuania for their damaged goods even though they’re and my photos showed the same damage!! Heard nothing. Got a refund by raising a dispute with my credit card company. All of which to get back about £36. All they had to do was refund and I would have gone away. Appalling customer service!! You’ll note the website makes bold claims of reviews done and happy customers but there is nowhere a guest can leave such a review. AVOID! I bought a used central switch console for my XF Jaguar, because mine was getting sticky . The switch console which I received was in a disgusting sticky, mouldy condition, my switch is in a much better condition than theirs and after contacting Euroimpex, three times, they just ignored my regress. They do not reply to my E-Mails and therefore obviously refuse to send my money back. Euroimpx is not trust-worthy and obviously criminal! I can only say, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM EUROILMPEX They sent me dirty, stinky, and molded parts and they still trying to charge me for the shipping. I highly do not reccomend that company.
