Nice clean museum, but name is a little misleading as majority of exposition is not related to 🎣 but rather to hunting. Clean and well look after place. Praeitis ir dabartis susilieja į vieną ,jauku ir gražu 😊 I was pleasantly surprised with the content of the both musiems. While I was paying I thought it was a bit pricey for such a small place. But it was totally worth it! The first musiem was the hunters. It had real sized stuffed animals. The second muziem was fishermen and it was really interesting to see all the equipment they used in the olden days. I truly recommend visiting if you like history. Very nicely decorated the house with the traditional equipment. From the locals- Moletai is a land of lakes. was one of the main profession people living there. So, many nice tools and techniques used to catch fish- you would love to see them. And of course if you like fishing- this is a must visit place. Good for all sorts of people- to know about in past and about the people. Interesting historical place about tools and equipments. Good for education purpose. Also animals or hunters at same location. Fish soup is the best part of all exhibition! Hot, thick, full of flavour...and recipe secrets from local cook lips is worth your time and joyful. My advise is to use this opportunity! Would go for it again! Mažas muziejus, tačiau labai jaukus ir išskirtinis visoje Lietuvoje The is small, but impresive. It have two parts - the exposition of means and methods of lake and the collection of hunting thropies of Antanas Truskauskas. Medium-small consisting of 2 parts: hunting and fishing. While hunting is somewhat controversial if you don't like show-off of stuffed dead animals, but I must admit the collection has a lot of interesting specimen from around the world. The section is more subtle and authentic, thus represents these lands - I do really recommend it! Price is 4€/person or 2€ for families (and latter is a lot more reasonable for the amount of experience you get.) Way too expensive, 20 euro/person. English language is poor when is about fishing. No guide , no emotions. Definitely, a place for kids to learn while they are in a trip ( primary school only). Visai neblogas muziejus, žvejybos ir medžioklės reikmenys. Lovely museum, exhibiting history and old items, educational infotainment screen about different fishes living in the surrounding lakes, also a room featuring authentic household of 19th century. Very impressive hunting collection, holding exhibits from all around the world. is near main road, not where map shows. People working there is amazing, very friendly. Very ineresting museum, Hunting frightening :) Great personnel, interesting exposition, great for children. Great attraction if you're traveling in the country side with your children.
