Because the crust of the cake was little bit hard and the color reminds me the same texture, as if I leave bun or bread piece on the table and it get dry and browning. Well cake was 7/10 but the fork.... something wierd. Im eating the cake but at the same time tasting some kind of "chemicals"? from the fork? the fork itself have very wiierd taste. Flat white 5/10. All the serving was also very slow. My gets cold while I was waiting for my friends to get they'res cakes. A calm/relaxing place for a brake!
