Title: Burbiškiai Manor near Anykščiai - A Captivating Destination! 🏰✨ Review: I recently had the pleasure of visiting Burbiškiai Manor near Anykščiai, and I must say it was an absolutely enchanting experience! ✨ The manor's beauty and charm left me speechless. The well-preserved buildings and surrounding landscape create a picturesque setting that feels like a step back in time. It was a mesmerizing journey through history that left me in awe of the craftsmanship and attention to detail. To top it all off, the on-site café offered a delightful selection of local treats and beverages. I wholeheartedly recommend a visit to Burbiškiai Manor and guarantee that you'll be captivated by its allure and splendor! 💖🏰 Great example of restored palace with park area which is available for visitors and events. Due to quarantine restaurant was closed but we freely walked around and got acuainted to cat 🐈 and 🐦 parot. Really charming place for those who like old manors and authentic old atmosphere. All rooms furniture are old. Even beds are narrow and short as in the past. Especially surprising was smell. In the cigars was strong cigars smell. In living rooms was smell of old furniture. Each was different. The heavy wooden closet door creaks as you open it. The manor feels more cluttered than curated. Authentic items are mixed with cheap replicas, and disturbing Soviet-era figures like Stalin are displayed without context—highly inappropriate in Lithuania. Rooms were dirty and unprepared, with towels left everywhere. Breakfast is only for overnight guests. The entry fee is steep, and there’s no guidance. Disappointing overall. Recommend visiting this place. It’s only 5 eur for the entry. Rooms are very nicely decorated, you can sit on sofas and admire the atmosphere. Also you can even play billiard in Eldorado or smoke cigar in Cigar room! They let you check hotel rooms if no one is staying in them. Every is decorated differently. Will totally come back and stay in the hotel. Elegat space, away from noise a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. If you love antique and stories this is a wonderful romantic getaway place. Or a perfect venue for your event. The Manure is run by a beautiful family. P.s. and good food!
