While we were given small bags each with carrots, the park has a large number of visitors every day, especially weekends. So all the end up eating LOADS of carrots. The staff were very welcoming and friendly from the start. Our driver took us through the part of the park where the are fed, and we got detailed explanations about each one. The were incredibly friendly and fascinating. The kids were amazed! While we were a bit skeptical at first, the experience turned out to be superb. a very cosy and atmospheric place where you can spend time with the whole family, I recommend booking a time in advance, food is included in the ticket) very bad staff behavior, prices are very expensive, the land is all covered with jeeps, big puddles, there was a big bison, I had to go around it, and the car slipped into the puddle and got stuck, we waited 30 minutes for them to pull us out, another company picked us up in their car, then we went back to the reception, there an inadequate woman with raised tones started yelling that we had to pay 100 euros, for getting stuck in the mud, there is no fence, no warning signs We really enjoyed our visit. We came with our child and it was a wonderful experience for the whole family.
