Service wise would have been nice to at least get some free fresh water and clear info about the members' club. Felt a bit that we were rushed out. Anyhow, we liked it overall, and we will try to return. Insgesamt eine coole Idee, dass man eine eigene Wellnes Suit mieten kann, die man dann ganz für sich alleine hat. Auch, dass man Umkliede und Toilette mit in der Suite hat ist sehr angenehm. Mit Sauna und Whirlpool eine klasse Kombi, um mal richtig zu entspannen. Dazu gibt es je nach Raum und Paket gewisse Extras. Es gibt eine tolle Auswahl an Saunaaufgüssen, Peelings, Getränken, Ambientebeleuchtung etc. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Preis Leistung stimmt auch. Wir werden bestimmt nochmal wieder kommen. Bei den Fugen und Amaturen könnte man etwas nacharbeiten. Die machten zum Teil einen nicht so schönen Eindruck. Man kann bequem vom obersten Parkdeck in die Räume gelangen. Der Kassenautomat ist allerdings in der 1ten Parkebene. Parken kostet 2€ je angefangene Stunde. Great experience all round Top We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at the wellness spa. It was a thoughtful surprise from my husband to help me unwind after a particularly busy period at work. The entire team was exceptional, especially Mac, who speaks excellent English and took the time to explain everything to us in detail. A special thanks to you, Mac, for your outstanding service! Great experience.. nice reception and very kind service, the girls there are so friendly, kind and helpful… the themes and the atmosphere were so much relaxing and intimate also you have alot of privacy … there was only one tiny problem in the suite , we couldn’t connect or phones at anyway to the suites and it is not my first time there this happens with me every time i go there, i think there is a problem with program.. and also in suite 9 the buttons near the jacuzzi are not working u have to go out of the tub to turn it off or on ..
