It was extremely safe, we got briefed on a detailed breakdown of the weather conditions and how to pass boats safely. I have read other reviews about them not feeling but I don’t understand how that is possible. The owner messaged us and phoned us throughout the rental to check in and then gave us some chocolate upon return! We were out for 2.5 hours and she only charged us for 2, she was so kind and so helpful. It’s always nice to go to a female owned company, this one is the best I have been to. We had a fantastic day out! We kayaked north to a small enclosed bay, had a coffee and kayaked back with a lovely tail wind to push us home. We had a perfect experience, the owner is so passionate about everything, responsible, attentive, caring, funny and reliable - also very good at communication and speaks perfect English. Safety is taken seriously, the equipment is top notch and we felt very well looked after. She even gave us sunscreen. Thank you! Amazing experience! We rented 3 kayaks (2 double and 1 single) for a few hours on a very hot day. Magdelena was very helpful and gave us very clear advice and warnings about what to do during our time on the water and how to be safe. She also checked the wind forecast to help us plan our day. Furthermore, she contacted us during the rental to let us know that the weather conditions were changing and that it was best to return. She was extremely reasonable with the pricing and provided plenty dry bags to keep our stuff safe. What's SUP Saranda is hands down the best place to rent a SUP in the Saranda and Ksamil area. It’s the only place I found that lets you book a hard (non-inflatable) SUP in advance – and the quality is top-notch. I received a high-quality board, complete with a dry bag for my personal belongings and a front net to store items during the ride. The overall experience was perfect – excellent equipment, beautiful surroundings, and heartfelt service that made all the difference. If you're into SUP – this is the place to go. Don’t even bother looking elsewhere! We rented 2 single person SUP's and had an great time. Water proof bag and life jackets are all provided and we got a quick lesson on how to paddle. The owner is amazingly sweet and helpful. Definitely check this place out if you're in the area! We went kayaking in Saranda and it was such a wonderful experience! The lady there was incredibly kind she truly cared about us, even asking us to send her a quick message so she knew we were safe. That level of kindness is really rare! She was also very informative and explained everything so well. The prices were great and we felt completely comfortable the whole time. We walked in off the street just looking for some information on kayak hire and Magdalena was helpful from the start. She recommended the type of kayak and where to go. She cared so much, keeping in contact with us for the entire day to make sure we were safe. The equipment is awesome and she runs you through everything. Magda is the most amaizing person, always willing to help with anything with a smile on her face, teaching me and my whole family how to go paddleboarding and kayaking, until we bacame close very close friends!
