I had the pleasure of meeting Romani today who was very cheerful, enthusiastic, and radiated energy that every customer seemed to know him. Aside from his eagerness to help with anything, the store itself was tidy and fairly stocked with fresh produce as well considering it is low season. I’ve read reviews prices may vary but I anticipate like any other establishment I’ve come across in town, there are rotating prices depending on high and low season to upkeep running the business year-round. Overall great experience and Romani was a delight to be so welcoming. They accept cards, no minimum purchase required! The young workers speak English and seem to always ask if you need help😀 Items that you can't find elsewhere you may be able to find here. During the off season it seems like they have less items available in the store, but currently they have a good variety of things to choose from. It’s very helpful in the area. There are a few more specific items that they’re lacking but it’s great, and they accept card payments. Great range but don't make the mistake of paying with Euro, everywhere else has a fixed rate /100 to the euro. Here my bill was 760 and he charged me 10 euro! Store is a bit pricy but the male cashier is very nice! The shop offers a vast variety of products for good prices. Air conditioning is a nice plus. You can also pay with card with no minimum amount! Parking space in front, which is convenient. Many things missing , pure choice of products. Prezzi elevati ....un pacco di pasta Barilla 500 leke cioè €5 Bildiğiniz market :) Expensive, unfriendly, and always a few cents short of change. Better to go to Spar. This market is a scam! The vegetables are priced 130 LEK and at the counter it’s suddenly 4-5x higher! I got charged 485 LEK for 1 piece of avocado, the lime was 140 LEK for 1 piece and mango was 336 LEK. Ridiculous! You can better go to the farmer’s market. Also, although the name is Eco Market, they are not sustainable at all! No sustainable products in here. The owner can’t be truested and at this point I will leave this review up until we get our money back. We got charged twice here and talked on the phone about our issue with the owner, he said first that the money will be back in couple days, then he said it will be refunded in 3-5 days, still no refund after 10 days. Don’t waste your time there, I recommend planet markets instead, it worked great for us everytime:) This store is quite unorganized, everything is mixed up, the prices on most things do not match the specific product, and often they are not written. Price of the products on shelf's is not same with the price on the counter, Staff on the counter will try on every way to steal from the customer, they will use another more expensive product or they will add more products just to enlarge your Bill, my advice check twice before you leave this place!! Paid with lek, the cashier gave me change in Euro and short changed me by 100 lek. I didn’t want to argue about it and left but the reviews are true. The store likes scamming people Lovely evening, and lovely food , very highly recommend x Our server Eri was amazing x Take yourself here and enjoy x Dodgy and pricy supermarket. Despite the fair range of options of both western and eastern goods, Price tags don’t match with what you pay at the till and your bank card could be charged a commission fee. No chance to dispute this with any of the shop assistant. Receipts printer seems always broke apparently. We got charged double and the owner told us that the refund will happen in 3-5 days but it still hasnt happened yet after like 10 days. This place is a big scam, wouldnt recommend it to anyone.
