Uvijek svježa janjetina rezervirajte na vrijeme🍻 Najbolja janjetina s ražnja u Hrvatskoj, u divnom ambijentu, sa osobljem koje napravi da se osjećaš kao dio njihove obitelji. Definitivno restoran na koji uvijek jedva čekam da se otvori 1.2., nakon kratke zimske pauze. Sjeli smo i pitali smo za janjetinu, jeli ima svježe? Od konobarice dobivamo odgovor da nema trenutno da treba sačekati 20min da se ispeče svježe. Odlučili smo sačekati i nakon 20 minuta stvarno vidimo sa ražnja, iza restorana, se skida janje. Nedugo zatim, nakon svega 2 minute dobijemo platu sa janjetinom koju smo naručili. Čim smo kušali shvatimo da je janjetina podgrijana, da nije sa ražnja kojeg su upravo skinuli. Dobijemo ostatke, najlošije masne komade. I tako gladni nakon cijelog dana putovanja, pojedemo nekoliko komadića, i tek nakon cca 20 minuta čujemo iz kuhinje sjekač da se janje, koje je prethodno skinuto tek rasijeca.
