We accidentally came across this spot, loved it so much we went back to our Airbnb to get swim clothes, spent the day there swimming and jumping off the cliff. The water is as cold as you would expect, but clean as can be. If people would pick up their left behind clothes, this would be a 100/100. Plenty of spaces and a short downhill on a path with steps takes visitors to the waterfall. It looks amazing. It's popular with swimmers. Mooie plek. Rivier, waterval en zwempoel. Plenty of free space and don’t have to too much to get to the waterfall. No cafe or shops nearby and the roads are too narrow so be careful when you drive down that route. After rain in winter it's a torrent and in summer it makes a great bathing pool. Has gotten busier over the years but is still a beauty sport with natural charm. People dive from the top, but be warned I have seen ppl been taken out with injured ankles. I *think* they didn't clear the edge of the enough. Gorgeous place even on a cloudy day.
