Grand open section 207 row M pity there wasn't the same amount of space as all the rows in front Great sporting facilities First time at Walsh park was delighted to be able to sit down and watch the match Brilliant stadium so ground staff ar pure class so helpful seating on open a bit confusing numbers starting halfway through sections but a small thing and I'm not a waterford person best of luck to all thanks for a great day Attended a junior hurling match on Friday between Clonea and De La Salle. Surface was immaculate and it made for good fast play . Plenty of space for social distancing in the and on the terraces. Well refereed and good stewarding. Great stadium and Waterford beat Cork in the Munster Hurling Championship. The park was good. The field was immaculate. The seating was a bit tight. Great job made of revamp. Pitch immaculate Decent enough ground. Good few from the stand. A bit more work to be done and more toilets needed. A Lovely Stadium In Which To Watch Great Hurling And Football Matches Would Recommend To Everyone For Those Who Do Visit. ENJOY The new and bank seating along with the wider pitch is fantastic. Well worth a visit for any match even as a neutral Great view of the game, friendly and helpful stadium staff. Waterford supporters are very sporting The revamped Walsh Park looked well on a sunny for the visit of Cork hurling team. The pitch was in excellent condition considering the amount of rain in the last month. Perhaps given the full crowd they should have opened a few more stiles. Walsh Park looked great today, seats are a very nice comfortable addition, pitch looked fantastic and the new is fabulous ..well done to all involved ... Played my first hurling match in Walsh Park in the early 70s with Scoil Lorcain schools final. Over the years facilities have detorited, Yesterday I was so proud to attend the Clare match. Looking around to see how much things have changed, new , pitch, toilets. Shop brilliant. Well done to all staff at the park. Though limited capacity this stadium is very impressive. Recently attended a fantastic game of hurling between Waterford and Tipperary and the atmosphere was brilliant. Great view and seats with plenty of room. The staff were friendly and very helpful and all in all a wonderful experience.
