People working there should be more friendly. One smile will help a lot for hygge. The 4 starts is because the changing rooms are quite outdated and there are not family area. Also, there are no toilettes inside the area of the pools, one has to come. back all the way to the dressing rooms with the kids. We came too a very very busy at 3pm at the first day of school die the danisch kids. The was clean, but almost impossible to swim without kicking others. The diving from the high boards went very structured, every wistle allowed ons person to jump of the 5m board.. a 3 star review until that point. When our 5y old (jumped several time with a lot of fun) tripped and fell flat on his face, the female lifeguard started laughing hard while looking at our son and started talking to an other collegue. Now hours later he is still in pain with a half red swolen face. They could not prevent it from happening but the least thing they could have done is check on him. Maybe a more mature person is needed to guide these yougsters... This made it to a minus 5 experience.. Nice swimming pool, only quite busy at this time. The area is spacious and I like the selection of pools of different depths and water temperatures. The changing rooms feel a little outdated and the toilets could use a little bit of love and care but generally the Aquaforum is great and I am definitely getting the value for the price. ☺️ This place is one of the dirtiest places I have ever visited. Each time I am in the changing room, I am disgusted by the place, wondering if its even hygiene to step my foot in there! Another thing is the amount of things out of order, which you are not even notified about before entering... I am paying money to go there to train and relax, however, the facilities are usually closed... My kid was bullied by a group of teens, staff didnt do anything. My kid ended up crying on the journey home. Wir machen derzeit mit Freunden in Horsens Urlaub und wollten ein paar schöne Stunden mit unseren 3 Kindern im Schwimmbad verbringen. Auf dem Weg in den Badebereich mit Baby auf dem Arm und großer Tasche auf der Schulter wurden wir von einer unfreundlichen Einheimischen in einem unmöglichen Ton aufgefordert uns erst abzuduschen. Wir wollten nur eben die Taschen zu den Vätern bringen. Sie ließ aber locker und hat sogar eine Mitarbeiterin gerufen, welche uns vor den Gästen ziemlich schockierend bloßstellte. Es war deutlich zu merken, dass "Urlauber" von den Einheimischen dort mit Respekt behandelt werden. Ob das grundsätzlich in Dänemark so ist, können wir sagen. So etwas haben wir noch nie erlebt. Ich kann das Schwimmbad weiter empfehlen, da man sich willkommen gefühlt hat. Zudem sind die Umkleidekabinen leider dreckig, insbesondere der Boden. Es gibt keine Familienumkleiden.
