Very friendly and kind! Everyone we had interaction with was very help. The was very fresh warm and much more than i expected for the price. This was the only hotel we noticed that offered a breakfast. The bar and has a large menu and it’s translated for English speakers. We were happy to see how clean and well kept the and hotel was. The was under construction and for we only gut very cheap and bad breads. At the last day we got the leftovers from the day before. No room service, the toilet paper was not refilled and the trash wasn't picked up. Pretty Motel with parking spots, offering rooms, basic and supported by very kind staff. We slept there during our trip to Macedonia. I like the place, becouse rooms were nice, clean, and air-conditioned. Also the pizza place down there was nice. We didn't have to go out to the town and look for something to eat. Thanks a lot! We liked it so much we added an extra day! Such a relaxed atmosphere. It's not in your face fake friendly but a sincere relaxed atmosphere that helps you feel chilled out. Also had a little laugh with the guy on reception when he helped us take our bags to our room . Just like the rest Bulgaria everyone is quick to wish you a morning (Dobro Utro) even the guests. There's someone on reception all day and a helpful couple that keep the buffet topped up and are quick to show how the coffee machine works. They were also working hard to sweep and clear he pavement of autumn leaves every day we were here. Rooms were clean and great value with a big space. Plenty of toilet paper at reception if you need more and someone popped in on day 3 to chuck our rubbish etc. Water, soap & shampoo in the room on arrival and there's a great mini buffet in the morning with tea, coffee, water & juice available. (My picture has all the food available except toast that I'd already eaten). It's a little out of town (20 minute walk from the train station) but in a quiet area area. Just made it more perfect for us it was so peaceful in the early morning. Just like a lot of Bulgaria Google Translate is your friend. The has menus in English which was awesome but that's not always the case as your traveling round so don't forget to keep your phone charged up. We enjoyed our one night stay. Quiet and spacious room/shower. The car park big enough and has the barriers also. The was great and the food was delicious. The staff was very polite and helpfull. The prices in the were acceptable and not overpriced. We would reccomend this hotel. lo ation, near city centre and quiet zone. rooms, clean and restaurant. is a little poor and yiu have to stay in line to get the products because the food area is very small. For 2-3-4 days is place to stay. We eat dinner to, relative prices.
